You don't have a selection for "Maybe" above... thats what I would have selected. But since you don't have it, I checked "no" instead. They sold the car to someone else, before they replied to my emails inquiring about it, and didn't bother removing their Ad from Cars.com... until I told them to remove it... They stalled on giving me answers... They tried to show me "alternatives" that I already told them I was not interested in, and were more then TWICE the price of the one I was asking them about... My initial question to them was "do you have the car on your lot right now?" The person who replied did not know the answer; and I had to wait another 24 hours before they "found someone" who had the answer... What kind of car dealership doesn't know what they have, and needs 24 hours to find out? Why couldn't they have just taken 5 minutes to look it up in their computer and give me an answer... before they sold it to someone else? I was offering them 100% CASH DOWN PAYMENT for it. I used to work for small I.T. company who did business with this Dealership, we built and sold them, all their computers... I personally knew and was friends with, their Director of Digital Marketing and E Commerce before he retired, and they were a very different and much more friendly Dealership back then...

$101+ for an oil change is excessive.

$101+ for an oil change is excessive. A simple job that took 2 hours to complete!!! Drew did his best to speed things up, but the long time and excessive cost will send me elsewhere for my next oil change.
