I enjoy going to Jim Ellis for my services but this last time was a little disappointing. I was told over the phone before coming in for an oil change that I would be payiing $70 for the oil change, tire rotation, 27 point inspection and my truck would be washed. I ended up having to pay $99 because they misquoted the price to me when I made my appt. and I didn't find out till after my truck had been serviced. My truck didn't get washed and I was basically just told sorry about the mix up and sent on my way. Also I picked David for the person I worked with because I had to choose one and he has always been great but it wasn't him that helped me. Thank you.

MANINTANCE
OVERALL EXPERIENCE HAS BEEN DELIGHTFULL. EVEN ALLOWED US TO EAT LUNCH IN THEIR WAITING AREA. MADE SURE VEHICLE WAS SANITIZED UPON COMPLETION. DID NOT FEEL PRESSURE TO PUCHASE MORE THAN I WAS THERE FOR.

Quick & Easy
Went in to take care of a warranty issue and an oil change on my 2020 Sierra Truck. The service advisor was waiting for me when I arrived at my scheduled time. The resolved the warranty issue, changed the oil, rotated my tires, and ran the truck through the car wash. The truck was ready before their estimated time.
