Michael Taylor is the reason I purchased my 2019 Denali his salesmanship was not to pressure but to explain everything about the vehicle that I didn't know an everything I would be getting in my Denali he made my whole experience of being at the dealer for the whole purchase comfortable doing business he is an outstanding salesman and a very personable gentleman in the future I would recommend all my family and friends to go to Jim Ellis an purchase vehicle from Mr. Taylor. Check engine light 2015 Verano

Took the 2015 Verano in to have diagnostics on check engine light. Great Lyft ride provided for a trip home while the guys did the work. 4 hours later, phone call..work done.Lyft ride back to the service center. Great service. Always inconveniet to have a camshaft sensor fail, but great gm service under warranty. Thanks Jim Ellis crew!

Transmission Issues Turned to Labor Problems

Service Advisor, great young Lady. Bright spot of the story by far. Took From Friday afternoon drop off until Monday late afternoon to hear the "diagnostics" that I was charged $168+ that turned out to be a "test drive" from which the tech misdiagnosed the real culprit. I will give him the fact that the trans was toast but had he even dropped the pan he would have probably seen the real issue, it grenaded the converter. I don't really fault the tech (never actually talked to him but was told he was splitting his time between three dealerships which really should not be my problem. I would like to know where I could get that hourly rate for just a test drive and opinion though. Another area dealer cut your labor by $1,035 and your parts by another $400 so thanks for not much and won't be back. Oh and I will have my truck back in less time than your "diagnosis" took! Yep I'll drive a little further.

Still had a problem with my fuel sending unit in after...

Still had a problem with my fuel sending unit in after making an appointment a week ahead it took a week to solve the problem which could’ve been done in one day if it was done right

Too Long for an oil change

I had a scheduled oil change appointment for 4pm. I arrived at 3:45pm and I was greeted immediately. I waited 2 hrs. for an oil change that I was told would take at most an 1hr and 15 mins upon arrival. I had to keep checking on the status if my car. Then I was able to receive the was for my car due to I had to pick my daughter up. Once I got my car back, I did not receive the multipoint inspection report. This is the 2nd time this has happened to me. I experienced the same thing at my last appointment. 2 hrs. is to long for an oil change. When I asked if I could be compensated for my long wait time, I was told well the shop gets backed up and you just have to accept that.

I was running late and still got service upon arrival....

I was running late and still got service upon arrival. Excellent service. The service took no more than 1 hour. Waiting area well maintained and stocked with drink and snacks.
