Oil change
Another good experience with getting my oil changed and tires rotated while I waited. Courteous treatment and quick turnaround makes a big difference versus going to a dedicated oil change business. Plus they check out your vehicle for any service issues while doing the oil service.

Another excellent experience!
The only place i have taken my vehicle in the 5 years I have owned it. There are places closer and less expensive, but nothing close on quality of service and with a nice place to work while I wait.

I’ve been a loyal GMC customer since 1988. Was deciding between 2020 Yukon or Sierra Denali. Richard Newton was an excellent sales person. Finally decided on Sierra Denali but truck was at another Ellis dealership. Richard arranged to have truck brought to MOG dealership for review. Sales Mgr, Joe Marengo, presented a fair price and we struck a deal. Had a Tonneau top put on and Richard worked on his day off to be there when we picked up truck. This the second vehicle bought from Jim Ellis MOG GMC.

Was very disappointed in the service that I received when I brought my car in for a recall. I purchased my car 3 months prior. Very pleased with the sales department. The service dept a completely different story! Sean totally forgot about my car,and after about a hour i went to check on the progress of the car. He stated that he got caught up with another issue and totally forgot about my car. So, I waited another 45 minutes and checked on it again. It was ready,but noone bothered to tell me it was finished and ready. Very dissatisfied with the service I received.
