Not a huge fan of the typical dealership experience and feeling like chum in the water for sharks to devour. N O T T H E C A S E ! ! ! ! Here. Probably one of the most patient group of sales professionals I’ve seen. Jovan and Sam were definitely top notch while constantly being kept on their toes by me. The whole process was smooth even with a tricky trade situation and to my surprise they were able to get me into the truck I wanted at a much better rate than my personal bank. Magicians I tell you!! Definitely go in and ask for Jovan, he never once made me feel like it was sign or leave and really took the time to understand what I was wanting. Sam will make all your insecurities about buying a car go away with his blunt yet funny personality and he also kept my two younger daughters entertained while I was there which made the process even easier. I’m not sure I could have made a better choice with any other dealership.

I spoke with several dealerships before trading. Jim Ellis gave me the most for my trade and gave me the best deal on the new truck. The process was the easiest I have ever experienced buying a new vehicle. They didn't make me go around and around to get the best deal. Instead, they came to me with the best deal the first time, which made it much easier and faster. They even lined up for the service department to quickly make the customizations I requested.

Was very pleased with the service and nice to have the space to relax and actually get some work done in the waiting area (bonus to have outlets and desk, drinks and snacks too!)

Our warranty on our car was about to expire. We were undecided about which new car we wanted to buy. It was either a Buick Enclave Avenir or another GMC Acadia Denali. We went into Jim Ellis MOG just to look at both cars. We told Cappy we weren't going to buy that day but just wanted to take a look at the two cars. Knowing he wasn't going to make a sale that day, he spent almost an hour talking to us and showing us what cars he had onsite. We decided on the Avenir and found the car we wanted at another Jim Ellis location. We felt so comfortable with Cappy that we had the car delivered to him so we could deal with him for the closing. He is a true professional and treats his customers with respect and courtesy. He is extremely knowledgeable about his products and takes the time to explain all the features in the car. He went above and beyond to make sure that we were happy with the sale. I highly recommend buying from Jim Ellis and most of all Cappy as an outstanding sales consultant.
