Kia of East Syracuse

I can barely give them one star. Buyer beware. Watch your paperwork. I came in to purchase a vehicle and we made a deal, part of the deal was that they would include a hitch. When I went to sign the paperwork they included the hitch at my cost. They tried to rush me thru the process and I suspect this was so that I would not see the deceit. When I questioned it they tried in every way to mask it. The person in charge Dan was rude and acted inappropriately to me in front of my children. I had a clear written and verbal deal that I put $500 down on and the insurance was already switched. Dan was extremely aggressive and was using his masculinity in way towards me, as if a women does not understand how these types of transactions go. I felt bad for his employees as it was obvious even thou they knew what was going on was wrong, they were not able to speak up. In my entire life I have never felt I needed to write a bad review but this man went above and beyond in poor customer service. This review is about the principal and hoping I possibly can help someone else not have to go through what I just had to go through. Being bullied is never ok. :(

Highly recommend. Friendly staff and clean waiting Room. Husband and I decide to get oil change since we purchased the Vehicle at Kia. Oil change went well price was not that bad.

Our salesman Dave was very knowledgeable and helpful. He was also an all around nice guy! The manager was also very helpful and neither were pushy. They have an awesome interest rate and warranty that only they offer!

Great service and very friendly. The Salesman went out of his way to help us select the right car that fit our life style. He went over the car in detail.

We also bought a car the day before I had the 2016 Sorento was serviced. Always a pleasure dealing with people at Kia of East Syracuse. Special mention to the owner, who went out of his way for us to get a good deal with the 2019 Sorento we bought.

I am always happy when I go to Kia of East Syracuse. Be it Service related or buying a car, used or new. The people are very friendly and always willing to help. I have watched the mechanics deal with older folks and they are very helpful and patient.

A short while after getting an oil change there, I noticed my car was leaking oil. They said the drain plug washer was bad, and this was causing the oil leak. They are the ones who installed it. It was a good thing I noticed.
