Great dealership

Showed me a bunch of cars all look good to shape. Great selection to new to used cars. The manager to the employees were all nice and was happy to greet you.

2000 Volkswagen Golf

I saw a 2000 Volkswagen Golf. listed that fell in my price range and I requested a confirmation that it was still available. Nine days later I have still not received any correspondence from them concerning this car at all.

Bought a used car

I was nervous to go into a car dealership and buy a car. Kevin Lowe made the process go really smooth and my son will be going back to see him soon.

Excellent dealership

We went to Midwest Auto Store because they had a specific vehicle that I was looking for at a great price. You know what they say, if it seems to good to be true it probably is. Keeping this in mind, I really wasn't expecting much. Well, 'they' were wrong! And, so was I. The 2011 Kia Sorento that I was interested in was waiting when I got there. I was immaculate. There was a Car Fax report, so I had an idea of previous ownership and condition. Kevin Lowe greeted myself and my wife when we arrived. He opened the vehicle, then disappeared so we could investigate it. When we were ready, he gave us the keys and we went for a test drive. We have bought many vehicles over the years. So, we've seen the tricks. One of the favorites is to change the monthly payment from what you are told to what you will actually pay. When we were in signing the papers, we still hadn't seen the loan percentage and still hadn't been told what our payments would be. My wife said we were told the payments would be between this much and this much. Has that changed? The finance man said, yes, they have. I could tell by the look on my wife's face that we were leaving. The man then said, They've gone down. My wife started to breath again. The payments didn't go down one or two dollars either. They went down about ten dollars. The warranty is very good also. I now have a new car that I am very happy with. A salesman, Kevin Lowe, that I trust and a dealership that I will return to next time I'm looking for a vehicle.

car purchase

WE just purchased a 2004 Toyota 4Runner and had the pleasure of having Kevin Lowe as our sales person. From the time we walked in we knew it was going to be a great experience. Kevin explained all of the details about the car. in no time at all we were owners of this Toyota. I would recommend going to Midwest for your next car. Be sure to ask for Kevin Lowe.

Excellent!

As a first time buyer, I was so blown away by the professionals at Midwest Auto Store! Kevin Lowe and the rest of the team was amazing! They got me into a 2012 Nissan Juke, like new, for a great price! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great car at a great price!

I walk in not knowing what to expect but the salesman was kind and very caring and best of all willing to listen to my needs and my payment per month i could afford.he showed me alot of cars my brother and i test drove 5 or 6 different cars before my brother decided which was a better car for me cuz hes a certified mechanic so i finally bought a 2014 scion xd with a warranty and only 36,000 miles also a one owner car..its the best car ive owned ..i just want to say thanks to midwest auto for the best sales experience of my life..and to johnny lee sales person

2 cars in 2 weeks

Kevin Brinkman was so great to work with when buying a Camry, we came back to buy an Impala for our 20 year old. We researched the prices and they were on the low side. They still worked with us and gave us a great experience! Only thing I could subtract a star on was their facilities..... They could use a TV inside so I could catch the football scores.....
