Excellent Customer Service

Great service at Midwest Auto Store. The store was clean and they offered refreshments while we waited. Our sales guy, Kevin, was very friendly and helped us in a "no-pressure" manner. The vehicle we bought was very clean during the test drive and they cleaned it up even more when we bought it. Kevin handed us $40 to put in the tank since it was on empty. We Will definitely come back to Midwest Auto for future car purchases.

Execelent service

l just got my Chevy uplander from Midwest Auto Store. Kevin Lowe is saler person , he soled me verey good which I was looking for. I recommend anyone who looking for affordable car, just walk down Midwest Auto Store, to see the guy like Kevin Lowe he is awesome. Thank you for help.

Poor Customer service and buying process

I contacted Midwest concerning a 2007 Dodge truck via e-mail and got a return call from a salesman who asked me to come take a test drive. I tried to explain that I live an hour and a half away and am evaluating between three trucks all different directions from my home. I prefer to get the deal figured out ahead of time. Some small price or service concessions also make me feel appreciated but this truck was on the top of my buying list so I didn't need much to go ahead and do the deal. I think at that point the salesman decided I wasn't a buyer because he started saying he wanted copies of two years tax returns and pay stubs and independent employment verification, license, and proof of insurance before we could move ahead. I told him that i'm an 800 credit rating and could buy truck with cash if I choose, this will be a filth vehicle for my house just to pull a horse trailer. The salesman was very direct in insisting that nothing could or would be done and they would decide if i was their type of buyer if and when i come in. when I again asked for the manager he told me that he spoke with the manager alone and they both decided he had done a good job of managing the situation and that I should shop elsewhere. If you like this arrogant and aloof attitude and the feeling that your business means nothing to the people you plan to spend thousands of dollars with then this is the dealership for you. Consider this; the service is always best "before" the sale, what would it be like if I had a problem with the truck after the sale or a problem with the bank or anything after the sale and needed their support or service?

truly awesome car buying experience!

I just got a sweet Acura from here. Dale Dye was the sales person I worked with and he made the car buying experience great and hassle free. Dale put me in the exact car I was looking for and included a free lifetime power train warranty! Who does that? I'd like to thank Dale again for the help and my new ride! I highly recommend if anyone is in need of a car to talk to Dale. He really went above and beyond any expectations that I had.

Above And Beyond!!

My Aunt and I came in with a few cars in mind we viewed on Midwestautostore.com. I gave Kevin(Lowe) our list of cars, he was very quick to pull the cars up and had them ready for test drives! A week later we came back and bought cars for each of us! The over all Customer Service was perfect, NO pressure NO haggling at all. The Buying Process was done in a timely manner, which is really good since we bought TWO cars that day!!! I Do Highly Recommend Midwest Auto Store! The Website is a huge help when searching cars. And they keep up to date with their cars online! The New Lifetime Warrenty* makes the car buying process even Better!
