I had never been to midwest auto store before, I ended up purchasing a 2004 Toyota sienna van. Outstanding customer service super friendly, no pressure, timely service, wonderful management, you could just feel The relaxed environment, and tell that this place was the right place to be. Johnny could not of been nicer or more accommodating. Thank you so much! I will be back to purchase my next vehicle as I have two teenagers getting ready to drive. Kevin Lowe assited us in finding the truck we were looking for. Took the time to contact Dodge to make sure the truck had the features I needed to tow my horse trailer. Allowed us to go home and "sleep on" making a decision without turning on the "high pressure" salesman routine.
