awesome experience

Stopped at Midwest auto a month ago the sales man Kevin was helping me they did not have what I was looking for. Kevin promised he would find me one. Month later Kevin called he said I got what your looking for. I showed up he handed me the keys and said test drive it and I still have you a great deal when you get back. I came back said I loved the car paper work was ready to sign. Quick and easy no pressure sales. Thanks Kevin for finding my car

awesome experience

Stopped at midwest a month ago. The sales man Kevin ask what I was looking for he didn't have it. He promised he would find me one. Month later he called I showed up he gave me the keys said take my time he would have me a great deal by the time I got back. I showed up deal was done I signed papers and drove off. No pressure. Kevin was great thank you. I will recommend Midwest auto sales

2 Thumbs Up Here !

I first got there at opening looking over the truck I was interested in and Kevin the sales rep said it was sold . My heart fell into my boots. A fellow from Michigan was coming in to buy it. We left our number and told Kevin if something happen to give us a call we was going to grab a bite to eat .An hour or so went by and I texted Kevin and the Michigan buyer had decided it wasn't what he needed. His loss my gain folks. This truck is beautiful ! Everything it said and showed on their ad was T totally true . Kevin was very pleasant and Professional in every way ,Joe the fiance manager got us in and out in our truck home in no time flat ! I highly recommend MidWest Auto Store for your next Buying experience . Keep up the Outstanding Service everyone there !! Two Happy campers here Marc & Theresa !! P.S Mary's Restaurant up the road on the corner of Weaver and Dixie Hwy has the Best Home Cookin in Florence ! Try it folks !

Awesome Customer Service

I was looking on their website, for a car, when I found one that interested me I called. The salesman that answered Kevin, told me the car was still available. I told him that I was interested in the car and would like to take for a test drive, but had no way there. He offered to come and get me so I could test drive it. I never expected a dealership to go out of their way to help me get a car. Needless to say, I bought my car, a 2005 Ford Escape, and will recommend them to all my friends. Thank you Kevin!!!!

Awesome Customer Service

I have been looking for a car, for awhile. After a huge disappointment, I looked at Midwest's website, I found a car I really liked, so I called to find out if it was still available. I told the salesman, Kevin, that I was interested. but at the moment I had no way there to test drive, he offered to pick me up, so I could drive it, needless to say I purchased a 2005 Ford Escape and am thrilled with it. Kevin is awesome, if you are interested in looking for a car, go to Midwest and see Kevin.

Need a car, go to Midwest Auto

If you need a used car, this is the place to go. We had a great experience buying a 2012 Jetta. Robert (the Older gentleman) was our sales man. He was helpful, attentive, and made the buying process a breeze. We needed a car for my daughter and after months of research and visiting various dealerships looking for a Jetta we finally found Midwest Auto. The Midwest Auto Store is about an hour and a half drive from my home. When we arrived we were greeted by Robert. We told him we were looking at the Black Jetta and he put a plate on the car and we were off. This was the only car we drove. Upon returning to the dealership, there was very little negotiation as the price was fair, and any of our comments were taken seriously and addressed. We feel and believe that we paid a fair price for the Jetta. They accepted our check and didn't give us a hassle even though it was an out of state check. At no time during the entire process did we feel pressured or treated unfairly and it was easiest car purchase we ever made. We would absolutely return to Midwest Auto Store to make another purchase and recommend them to anyone in the market for a used car. Robert made the entire experience very easy and enjoyable.

Excellent service!!

Kyle Clifton is a pleasure to deal with. I enjoyed the laid back atmosphere and they don't pressure you into anything. I will definitely be back to purchase another vehicle in the future.

What An Experience!!!!!

We felt welcomed by all the staff, even ones that weren't directly working with us. . Each staff member was friendly, down to earth and professional . The automobiles and prices were below what we had priced at other locations. They use a direct sales technique, thus making it easier and more pleasant to do business with them. I HIGHLY recommend you stop by, ask for Robert "The Older Gentleman", and get to experience this for yourself. Treatment and service like this is VERY RARE these days. (2005 Buick Rendezvous)

Great Buying Experience!!! Highly Recommended!!!

I didn't expect the experience that I received at the Midwest Auto Store. First, this is not your typical auto dealer. With that being said, there is no high pressure sales tactics, no tricky finance schemes, a fair price for the vehicle you are trying to purchase and best of all, a fair price for your trade-in (unlike most dealers!!!). Now, if you want to experience the same, please visit, Robert "The Older Gentleman", at the Midwest Auto Store who sold me a 2005 Buick Rendezvous, which made my fiancee, Ronda, very happy!!!!! Plus, the next time, I need a vehicle, I will look first at the Midwest Auto Store to satisfy my needs, instead of buying new, and once again have Robert, "The Older Gentleman" as my salesman!!!!!
