Excellent service!!

Kyle Clifton is a pleasure to deal with. I enjoyed the laid back atmosphere and they don't pressure you into anything. I will definitely be back to purchase another vehicle in the future.

What An Experience!!!!!

We felt welcomed by all the staff, even ones that weren't directly working with us. . Each staff member was friendly, down to earth and professional . The automobiles and prices were below what we had priced at other locations. They use a direct sales technique, thus making it easier and more pleasant to do business with them. I HIGHLY recommend you stop by, ask for Robert "The Older Gentleman", and get to experience this for yourself. Treatment and service like this is VERY RARE these days. (2005 Buick Rendezvous)

Great Buying Experience!!! Highly Recommended!!!

I didn't expect the experience that I received at the Midwest Auto Store. First, this is not your typical auto dealer. With that being said, there is no high pressure sales tactics, no tricky finance schemes, a fair price for the vehicle you are trying to purchase and best of all, a fair price for your trade-in (unlike most dealers!!!). Now, if you want to experience the same, please visit, Robert "The Older Gentleman", at the Midwest Auto Store who sold me a 2005 Buick Rendezvous, which made my fiancee, Ronda, very happy!!!!! Plus, the next time, I need a vehicle, I will look first at the Midwest Auto Store to satisfy my needs, instead of buying new, and once again have Robert, "The Older Gentleman" as my salesman!!!!!

Great experience;no hassle

Went to Midwest Auto in Florence, Ky on a recommendation from my daughter who had purchased a car from them about a year ago. After losing my car in an accident and needing to replace my vehicle pretty quickly I decided to give them a try. My husband and I were met on the lot by Robert (the older gentleman) who gave us keys to the vehicle we were interested in and told to be safe. When we returned with vehicle there was no haggling or hassle. Car was exceptionally clean and any concerns we might have had we're taken care of before we purchased vehicle. Purchase went just as smooth as the rest of our experience and I would highly recommend them to both family and friends.

Midwest is the best

easiest Car buying experience i've ever had. Made me feel comfortable in the buying experience. Traded in our old car for a fair price and the car we bought was in great condition. Would recommend to anyone.

Much better than JD.

Very satisfied with my purchase. Traded in my old car and felt that i got a fair deal. Customer service was also top notch and very helpful.

Buyer beware!

We called about a week before we went to look at a vehicle. We ere assured no major accident. Vehicle pics did not display all the minor interior damage. They agreed to match price shied car check not car fax. Long story short we should have taken car to be checked before purchase. Front end reck with major damage and thousand in repairs within 3 wks and extended warrantee is a must purchase but be carful doesn't always pay if issue happens too soon. Don't trust their word!!! Buyer beware. Don't sign until vehicle is ready to take home.

Superior Customer Service!

My husband and I have bought numerous cars over the years, and must say that our experience with Midwest Auto Store ranks very high. Our salesman, Kyle Clifton, definitely provided Superior Customer Service and was a pleasure to work with. It was well worth the 90 mile drive! Will be going back for our next purchases.

Robert, the older gentleman

We were looking for a car for a certain need. We found it online. When we arrived at the dealership we were pleasantly surprised. Robert (the older gentleman) was pleasant, knew the car we wanted and extremely attentive to our needs. We would recommend him 100% to anyone in the market for a car.
