I found myself in need of buying a used car. I went to Mid West Auto Store and glad I did. My salesman Skip Jones was very friendly and very helpful. I drove three different vehicles and they were very helpful with no pushing. He even drove the car over to my mechanic so I would not miss any time at work. When it came down to nailing down the deal he must have took about a dozen calls. Buying a used car can be stressful but he took that all out. Big thanks to Skip!

My daughter was looking for a car. Luckily she meet Coach Mike. As a father I was so impressed that he took his time and gave her a life lesson, he was courteous, slowly explained and never pushed the SUV she had got to purchase. I would recommend Coach Mike to anyone wanting to purchase a vehicle. I actually had to call Coach Mike and Thank him for what he did for my daughter, I was that impressed.

I was shopping for a car for my daughter and after hours of research I had settled on two cars that just happened to be at the same dealership. The Midwest Auto Store is about a two-hour drive from my home, but I called to verify the vehicles availability and my wife and I were on our way. When I got there was a little snow on the lot but I was greeted by Coach Mike and he immediately offered me something to drink and I sat down. I mentioned to him that we spoke on the phone earlier and he took me out to the first vehicle that I wanted to look at. It was already warmed-up (it was very cold that day), he put a plate on the car and my wife and I were off. After driving it for a while we returned and drove the next vehicle on our wish list. The car was in excellent condition and very, very clean. This was the car that I eventually chose to buy (2005 Saab 9-3 Aero Convertible). Upon returning to the dealership, the negotiation started but was never adversarial and in the end I feel and believe that I paid a fair price for the specific car that I chose. Since I had planned on paying cash for the first car I drove I didn?t have enough in hand to pay the difference in the purchase price. Joe (great finance guy) and MJ (owner) went out of their way to work with their credit card company and my bank so I could pay the rest with my check card out of my account even though it was much higher than the typical amount that they accepted. At no time during the entire process was I pressured or treated unfairly and it was as transparent a car purchase as I have ever made. I would absolutely return to Midwest Auto Store to make another purchase and I would recommend them to anyone. Coach Mike, Joe, and MJ made the entire experience very easy and enjoyable. They even jumped my wife?s car when she ran down the battery in the parking lot! Bottom line, great people, incredible value, and super customer service.

We have purchased 2 cars and 1 van from Midwest and will do it again when need, GREAT PEOPLE to work with and if you tell them Mike sent you that would be great, they take great care of you as well.

The salesman, Robert, was very helpful, the loan process was fast and very efficient and the service department was helpful in getting me everything I needed.

I went to Midwest after going to Jeff Wyler Honda in Frankfort. Both had a 2011 Honda Ridgeline for sale. The salesman at Wyler took me on a 2 min drive that he dictated the whole time. When I got back, I had the typical "How can we get you into this car today" type of thing from a pushy sales manager. I had done my research on this truck and even knew it had been in a wreck on the front. The sales manager gave the lines of "the price is what it is and we cant talk numbers till you commit. Cue me leaving the dealership. At Midwest, I met with Robert, we talked for a full 15 minutes on what my needs were before anything else. He let me take the Ridgeline and a Tundra for a test drive by myself with the line of "turn right on that road there and see what you think... see you later!" That got my interest in him and the dealership as a whole. When I decided on the Ridgeline, the pricing process was normal with the back and forth, but Robert was truly on my side explaining why or why the price would or would not work. He even got me more for my trade in than I asked for. Aces! I bought the Ridgeline and am very happy with it and would refer anyone in the area to at least check them out.

I was searching online to find a car when I found WWW.MIDWESTAUTOSTORE.COM I have to admit I was very satisfied once I got there I was impressed the place was clean and really nice the sales men Petie was great!! cool down to earth gentlemen gave me some advice about cars I told him about my situation and he put me in a car that fits me I was very satisfied Petie is the right kind of sales men when your purchasing a vehicle I will recommend my family and friends to MIDWESTAUTOSTORE!!!!

Midwestautostore is a great dealership with great quality cars. My salesman Robert was the best hands down. I flew 500 plus miles from Washington, DC to Florence, KY because of the great quality and condition of the 1999 Lexus LS 400 that I purchased. Midwestautostore had clearly the best car for the BESSTTT price.

The customer service was great here. We drove multiple cars, were able to keep the one we were interested in for several hours, and were encouraged to take it to our own mechanic to be looked at. Getting financing was a smooth process, and we ended up with a great car.

Found a nice Hyundai at Midwest for reasonable price. Sales person was not pushy and when we finalized the deal I was out of he store is less than an hour. would recommend buying a car from the folks at Midwest.
