Great Place

I bought a 2008 Scion xb from here and it is a great car. Their prices were the best in the tri-state area. The employees were extremely nice and helpful. I would recommend anyone to buy a car from this shop.

Best Value in Town

We bought our VW Rabbit few weeks ago and were impressed with the entire experience. I took the vehicle for alignment afterward(they don't perform alignment at Midwest Auto Store) and the mechanic was trying to cheat out additional repairs, then I called Midwest Auto Store complaining that these items were not serviced prior to purchase. I was invited to come back and we went through the items one by one and they showed me the actual condition and MJ recommended that I get a third party opinion. So, I took to VW and they mostly agreed with Midwest, I guess the other place wanted all the $$$$$$ for uneeded repairs. Thank you Midwest, not only you gained my business for buying the car, but you have you a new service customer

Great Experience

Excellent place to buy a car! The selection of cars is great and the prices are the best in the area. The inside of the dealer ship is extremely nice. The employees at midwest auto store are very helpful and make the car buying process fast and easy! I highly recommend buying from here.

Avoid them

Thought they were in the car selling business. Unfortunately, found the sales staff arrogant and they acted like they were doing you a favor talking to you. Sales person didn't get up from behind desk when we met him, kept dinking on his laptop during the conversation when I was probing a deal. Gave me and my daughter (who was looking to buy a car) a take-it-or-leave-it impression. I wish them luck, because they lost us as a customer and and I hope others read this.

Glad they are there

I have had my car for over 6 months now and it is a very good running car. I am now looking for a car for another family member and are hoping they can work with on the price like they have in the past. We trust them and hope to continue doing our car shopping there.

Midwest Auto Store pretty sad junk.

We took out a 2004 Ford Explorer for a test drive & the vehicle ran terrible off the bat & then flat broke down on us not 1/4 mile from the dealer & would not start at all. The small dealers get these vehicles from the auction & then just throw them out on the lot without even checking them out. The vehicle stalled on the salesman just trying to bring it around to the front door for the test drive.

We truly apologies for your experience. We understand the inconvenience from the car stalling on you during the test drive and assure you that every one of our vehicle has been through a thorough initial inspection and service. We utilize ASE certified and extremely experienced techs, state of teh art diagnostic equipment; however, we can't anticipate and prevent mechanical failure at all times. The ignition switch went bad, which caused the stall. We apologize for the incovenience, but strongly disagree with the harsh rating "junk" as our facility, cars, staff, and other customers' experience can indicate otherwise
