The customer service was great here. We drove multiple cars, were able to keep the one we were interested in for several hours, and were encouraged to take it to our own mechanic to be looked at. Getting financing was a smooth process, and we ended up with a great car.

Found a nice Hyundai at Midwest for reasonable price. Sales person was not pushy and when we finalized the deal I was out of he store is less than an hour. would recommend buying a car from the folks at Midwest.

Sales person was knowledgeable and polite, management and service department were also very polite and helpful in purchasing process. Got what I wanted and all issues I had with vehicle were addressed and taken care of to my satisfaction. Would recommend this dealer to friends.

Went into look for a reasonably priced safe and reliable car for my daughter and found it at Midwest. We went to lots of car lots and most were just old clunkers at the small lots, but not at Midwest they had tons of nice quality cars priced fairly according to the blue book prices.

So I am trying to sell my girlfriends 2009 Jeep Wrangle Rubicon. We have been to a few caf lots trying to sells her jeep. But I must comment on customer service that I got from the sales rep Petrie at Midwest auto store was just down right amazing, and how fair his manager Joe was on the number they gave us. not only are we going to sell our jeep but we are going to finance our new car with them, Petrie , Joe keep up the good work Eric Singer
