Rusty Eck Repair Experience

Initial intake was not great, but I did not have a scheduled appointment. The dealership that I purchased the truck from referred me to you as their diagnostic tools would not read Ford codes. To complicate things further there were issues with my extended warranty reference number. Stuart Parker did a really good job staying in touch with me and getting the truck repaired before the 4th of July holiday.

Great Service

The service was Great! It didn't take them long at all to maintenance my car. I am driving home to Wisconsin and everything was checked and given the green light that I shouldn't have any problems. The only negative thing I could say is the guy that checked me out wasn't very personable when I was talking about my trip. Other then that, I would rate my overall experience a "10"

Repairs on time didn't fix all of the issues.

I have a 2016 Ford Escape. My satellite antenna was replaced in about the time period estimated. The new antenna has eliminated one of the symptoms but the car radio still does not display the information on the song and artist without the radio being turned off and back on. I was told that the antenna replacement would fix this problem. The radio does maintain the satellite connection which was the biggest issue. I may try a dealership closer to me to try and fix the radio.

Great in all aspects!

2014 F-150. Service has always been helpful, and all questions answered. I hate waiting in waiting rooms.)) I have never had to wait long with Rusty Eck Ford. Service has been excellent whether it has been a simple oil change, or a check engine light came on! They fixed it quickly, and explained what the problem was. One small thing, was the check engine light came on, and my fuel mileage dropped from 17mpg to 11.5mpg, it would have been nice to put some gas in it for me since it was a warranty issue, and not my fault! Seemed like I went through a tank of gas in a very short time! But, otherwise everything else was great!!!
