The experience as to coming to the shop was very good, they were friendly and my car was clean inside when the returned it, but I had to return as the breaking issue I had, had gotten worse. My car was in on the 25th I think and a I returned on the 7th.

Contacting customer for delays in repair

Only suggestion is that the clerks at Quick Lane contact their customers sooner about delays in getting parts and materials for the repairs, I had to call them towards the end of the day and the clerk said that he had ordered the materials a few hours before. So he could have called me sooner in the day.

Kennedy for President. He does a great job. The mountain Dew was a nice bonus. Kennedy got me right in, no wait. I would recommend him to everyone. Why do I have to use 50 characters?

Drove Home Happy!!!

Travis was awesome to work with. I had been looking at Ford F-150’s for about a month at different dealerships. When we drove all the way from St. Joseph, to look at another vehicle for my wife, Travis and the team went above and beyond. We left the dealership with a better deal than we could have received from other dealers. The deal was so good, we ended up leaving with two vehicle’s, one for my wife and an F-150 for me. I honestly don’t believe we would have gotten a better deal anywhere else. In fact, I know that we wouldn’t have. I did enough research and talking with other dealerships to know. It was worth the 3 hour drive to get the best deal possible. In fact, the dealership even help set us up with renting a car trailer to get my wife’s car back, because we had drove down in one vehicle and had to take 3 back. (the one we drove down in and the two we bought). Travis’ knowledge, expertise and professionalism was exemplary. He went above and beyond to get us the best deal in a 200 mile radius. Definitely worth the drive.

Satisfied Buyer

Chris White, in internet sales, was very helpful, honest and knowledgeable. He, nor the finance manager, Brian, displayed any high powered sales tactics. They accepted my choices in purchases without any disgruntled opinions, which I tremendously respect. They Honored the Edmunds price promise. And, they seriously worked with me from 2 states away. I will again drive 5 hours from Texas to purchase another car from Rusty Eck Ford.And, I highly recommend other vehicle investors to do the same. College Gift

Picked up a near new F150 for my son's college grad gift . Tony Frietek the sales person was direct to the point and worked to get us a fair price. The vehicle needed a couple of detail items that he personally took to heart and had them fixed in a timely manner. Thanks Tony and Nader.
