Very Friendly and helpful

All of the salesmens we talked too took care of us and addressed our questions. Including the service department, finance, title and quicklane people. Also customer service was a great help.

Frank Moore

Frank sold me a Ford Explorer and he was very personable, he treated me and my family very good and my kids loved him. I probably wasn't going to buy a car when I did but Frank "the tank" sold me on it.

best in the west

I have purchased 4 new vehicles from Rusty Eck Ford in the last 3 years. the Sales Specialist Jamal is the best in the west. Jamal makes car shopping a family event that is as unforgetable as a family reunion. Jamal works the hardest at finding the vehicle that meets your needs and budget. When you drive away in your new car, you are confident that you received the best treatment and best deal.

Our many purchases

We have purchased many vehicles from Rusty Eck Ford, as in probably at least 5 or 6 new. We purchased from Jamal he is the bomb. He will work really hard to get you the best deal there can be. Our last purchase was a used 2013 Ford Fusion for our daughter. She was able to do this all on her own and not have to use us, she's proud!! So if your in the market visit Jamal at Rusty Eck Ford!!!

Chris White is the (man).

I originally went to Rusty Eck Ford to look at something smaller than the 2011 ford super duty that I was driving. Chris White met me there and so we went out in the rain to look at some of the Explorers. He showed me all the Explorers he had on the lot and everyone was so easy to get along with, and the pricing was so good, that I ended up trading my truck for one of the Explorers. The whole process was above board and again, everyone was sooo nice that when I need another vehicle, I will absolutely will go and look these people up. I can't get my Wife out of this car! new car

I went to rusty eck ford looking for a car with lower payments. I had a great and awesome salesman. Gilbert was great on getting me a good deal and lower payments. I would go back and have sent friends to see Gilbert. The service department is good about getting me in for anything I need looked at or the oil change on my car. Thanks again Gilbert, your awesome

Internet Sales

I was looking online and found a truck. I left my name and Travis Ditch called back and we set a time to come look at the vehicle on Saturday. He was very busy working with another customer but took time to come greet us and informed us that there was free food ( good bbq) for the customers. So my husband and I sat and ate lunch and then Travis came got us and spent some good quality time and got us the price we wanted. Travis was knowledgible about the vehicle since it was a Chevy and we were at a Ford store. The finance gentleman was very nice and very good at explaining the extended warranty. We were very pleased and will recommend Rusty Eck Ford and especially our salesman Travis Ditch!!!

Stellar service

The service i recieved was top knoch my sales men monte manjeot was the best i was recomended him through a great friend and i wasn't disappointed. He listened to me and my concerns about what i was looking for and then walked me through the whole process .i got exactly what i was looking for and at a great deal .my next car purchase will definatly be with rusty eck ford and with Monte .and honorable mentions; Jeremy and Wayne thank you for your patience and ????? service
