AMAZING SERVICE

I had my car serviced for the second time since I bought it in December 2013. Although what needed to be done to it shouldn't be happening saying it's only a 6 months old. Chris Fontes is a great service rep. He handled my services in a great way and was fast and professional about it. I would defiantly recommend getting your car services at rusty eck ford! ?

zach bucher

zach bucher is a wonderful service manager. he answers all our questions and has other suggestions for service for our car. he is courteous and takes care of all of our car needs so our car will be safe. danielle fisher is very patient and carefully answers all our questions and solves all of our electronic problems with sync. cedric hunt is the only person that we would ever buy a car from. we have bought 2 ford cars from him in 2 years. he is patient and understands the equipment that we want in a car, as well as helping to meet our price range. alex tima helped us to eliminate the confusion of a car title as well as transferring a car title to our son in another state. rusty eck employees treat us like family!

Eck experience

We bought our 1999 Ford Taurus new and have had all service work done at Rusty Eck - After my husband died Glenn Williams took care of my needs and since his illness Stuart Parker. Both have taken excellent care of my needs. The car drives like new and I've had full confidence in these men, and they've seen that I've done what's been needed and that I can trust them in what they tell me. They've always been courteous and helpful. I appreciate knowing you keep good employees!

Best Ford dealer in Wichita!

From our initial contact on their website rustyeckford.com to the delivery of our car, we had a fantastic experience! Rusty Eck Ford was completely professional and even spent extra time with us "after hours" to make sure I had a full understanding of my 2014 Ford Explorer before I drove off the lot. Great group of people!

Zach Boucher

Took my car in for an oil change. Zach Boucher was very friendly and helpful. It was done quickly and there is a very nice waiting area. Zach was knowledgeable and informative about my vehicle. He also had my car brought up closer so that I didn't have to walk far, as I am disabled. I would recommend him to everyone.

Rusty Eck Service

We recently took our 2013 F350 truck in for an oil change and sync update. Chris Fontes handle our needs. He and his team did a fantastic job. They made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. He gave us that extra little personal touch and made sure that he kept us updated on the progress of our truck. There was a computer issue (running slow) and he was very apologic, although it was not his or his teams fault, but he wanted to make sure we were comfortable while we waited and he did not go to lunch until he was sure we were taken care of. Wonderful service team. Kudos Rusty Eck on your outstanding dealership.

Always excellent service

Our families have been loyal Ford customers for generations, we have purchased many vehicles from Rusty Eck Ford and have always received excellent customer service. When our vehicles needed service we always went through Chris Fontes service advisor and he always made sure all our problems and needs were taken care of the first time. We have also used Quick Lane for all our scheduled service and received excellent service there also. We would recommend Rusty Eck Ford, Chris Fontes and Quick Lane to all our family, friends or anyone who asks or we come in contact with.

Experience with service and Stuart Parker

The service at Rusty Eck is Top Notch! I called to set up routine service maintenance appt and spoke with Stuart who was extremely friendly on the phone. When I arrived for my appt. I was greeted outside by a nice young gentleman who led me straight to Stuart. Stuart was very friendly and made sure all my needs we're met. I used the upstairs gym to workout while my truck was serviced. When my service was complete Stuart went over all the details of the work done. I had a great experience, as always at Rusty Eck. Thank you Stuart!

Another job well done!

I got into my car on a Friday morning and I got a warning message for service. I called into the dealership and spoke with Adriane. She got me in that afternoon. It turned out to be a major issue with my vehicle and I had to leave it there for the weekend because it was unsafe to drive. In the meantime she went ahead a sent all of my information to the rental car company that is on site. She stayed in touch with my to keep my abreast of the things that were going on with my car. truly a great job by her.

Service

I went in to have my 6 months check up and they said it would be an hour before they got to my car. Well I was out in a hour. They also kept up with me on how long it would be and made sure that all was well with the car.
