Great service overall

Gabe did a great job throughout the process of selling me a used Mazda3. In particular he made sure to triple-check on a potential problem I thought it might have - they found nothing and I've been perfectly happy with the car since I bought it. Garrett also was happy to accommodate the fact that we were in a hurry to complete the sale.

Excellent and painless customer service and no Bull

My experience was more than satisfactory, it was excellent. Gabe Cunningham is a professional through and through. I suffered a total loss due to a not at fault accident and felt over a barrel when it came to expediting a vehicle purchase. Gabe got me into the car that I wanted and for the price I wanted and a 6/60 warranty to boot. All this was done with no pressure and he made the car buying experience a very positive experience. I felt as if I walked out of the dealership with piece of mind. Also thank you to Garret Evans for the simplified finance walkthrough and thank you both for staying late to make sure I was comfortable and that my needs where met. Excellent job guys. New car sale experience

My buying experience at Heritage Mazda was exceptional mostly because of Mike Edwards. He is well spoken, kind, respectable, listens extremely well and went above and beyond to get me what I wanted in my CX-5. He took a lot of time to explain the features in the CX-5 because I did not have any of the new features in my car. He programmed my phone. He said t could call him with any questions and he would be more than happy to go over it with me. I have already called him a few times and he was quick to answer my questions. He is very knowledgeable. I have never had a car sales person go over everything in such detail as Mike did. He was extremely patient and did everything he could to make the buying experience pleasant. He also said if I wanted to come back in a few weeks and go over anything, he would be happy to do so.. He even offered to bring my car to my home. I wasn't expecting to buy that day but after the test drive and the comfortable experience with Mike, I didn't need to look elsewhere.. He is a wonderful, accommodating sales person and I feel is a great asset to the Mazda team. I look forward to many years with my mazda. ZOOM ZOOM

New car buying experience

I have already called him several times with questions and he was quick to respond. He even offered to bring the car to my home. I wasn't expecting to buy that day but after the test drive with Mike and the pleasant buying experience, I knew I didn't need to look further. Mike made me feel comfortable like I was a family member. I look forward to a long relationship with Mazda. This is my first mazda and I am hoping it keeps me happy longer than the ten years I had my previous car.. I hope the service department experience will be as exceptional as my sales experience with Mike.

Great Dealership and Team

I unfortunately was in the position where I needed a new car, only a couple of months after already buying a new car. Gabe was able to help me again, and get me in the exact car I wanted for a monthly payment that worked best for me. The whole team at Heritage Mazda were so incredibly nice, and as much as I hope I don't have to go back any time soon, I would certainly recommend this dealership to anyone else looking to buy a car.

Great Dealership- First time Mazda owner, Thanks Gabe!

This was the first time I've purchased a Mazda, CX5. During my week "stay" at Mazda everyone was efficient and accommodating during this process. "My" sales guy Gabe was extremely hardworking and went above and beyond for me, my kids and parents during this negation process. Gabe remained pleasant and was caring ....he took the time to assist me in emptying my old vehicle, showed me all of the features on my new Mazda, including syncing my phone to Bluetooth. I appreciate Gabe's hard work and attitude. Thank you.

Great experience

I went into Heritage Mazda to get service on my 2015 and was looking at a 2016 Mazda 3 I touring . I was taking to Gabe about it and he remember me from last year. I told him if I could trade my car in for that one I'd buy it . With in 2 hrs they were pulling the car off the showroom floor and I was driving off the lot. The salesman Gabe and the fineance guys were easy to deal with and worked hard to make the deal I wanted work for me.

Very happy with my new Mazda CX3

I've had my new Mazda CX3 for just under a week and I couldn't be happier. Thanks to Gabe at Heritage Mazda Towson for guiding me through the process. He provided a lot of helpful communication between my initial visit and later purchase. He was clear and straightforward and not pushy at all. I was deciding between a few options and am certain the CX3 was the right choice!
