Bo Hudson is the best!!!

Bought a 2016 Mozda HB 3 on 03/24/2016

Gab Gunningham was my primary sales person. He was very professional and at the same time receptive to all of my concerns and answered all my questions while displaying patience. I would recommend him to anyone I know who is currently or will be looking for a car. No pressure sale approach by anyone else for that matter. The gentleman who introduced me to the other extended packages ( unable to recall his name ) but he himself was patient and willing to provide complete detail to ant of my questions. I was impressed by both. I mentioned to Gab about a friend of mine who mentioned he too is starting to car search and I will make sure that Towson Mozda and Gab is mentioned to my friend that he considers to visit them both. Gabe Cunningham made my buying experience great

I recently purchased a Mazda 3 Sport Hatchback from Gabe Cunningham at Towson Mazda. Gabe was extremely knowledgeable about the car, was very personable and was low pressure. I am very happy with the deal I got - including the money they got me for my trade-in. Garrett Evans in finance was also great to deal with. I would recommend Gabe and Towson Mazda to anyone!!

Used Vehicle

Tom our salesman was awesome. Although we were not buying an expensive vehicle, he was kind and took the time show us what WE wanted. He didn't pressure us and was very helpful and patient. There was a minor detail that needed to be taken care of and James U took care of it in an efficient and kind manor. As I was waiting for a minor repair, I met some people in the waiting area whom were happy and very confident in the Mazda vehicles they had purchased as well. Definately worth going to with a wide variety of vehicles and professional and kind employees!

Great Buying Experience!

I just bought a Mazda3 working with Gabe and it was a great experience! I didn't know if I wanted new or used or what package I wanted and they worked through all of it with me to get me exactly what I wanted. Working with Garrett on the financing was great as well, they were all supportive but I didn't feel pressured. It has been my best car buying experience and would absolutely purchase another car from them!

Great Job!

I went in looking to test drive the Mazda3 with my wife. Sang sat in the back and let us fall in love with the car. He answered all of our questions and was a great help and decider in our choosing to purchase a new vehicle with him!

great experience

I stopped in haratage mozda after work one day to look at some new cars. My old saab was not cutting it anymore. Gabe Cunningham was extremely helpful with getting me a new car at a fair price. I love my new mazda 3 hatchback! I don't know why I didn't stop by sooner.

Exceptional

I had inquired about a car via the internet. Gabriel Cunningham contacted me by text immediately inviting me to come test drive a Mazda. As soon as I walked in the dealership, Gabriel called me by name and has been exceptionally friendly, courteous and helpful in my car buying experience. Since his location did not have my desired exterior color, Gabriel drove all the way to another dealership in Annapolis to get me what I wanted! I can't forget Garrett in financing who are my special situation seamless.

Best dealership experience!!

I had the best experience with Gabe Cunningham at Heritage Mazda. I have dealt with other dealership and sales reps, for the most part, try to pressure you into getting into something even if it was not what you are genuinely ready to buy. I did not get that with Gabe; he was patient, kind. He explained everything down to the letter. Gabe reassured me that there were no hidden fees. His manager and finance representative also did an excellent job of making my experience a positive and smooth one. I left the dealership with exactly the truck I wanted and within the budget that I desire. I also received a follow-up thank you email from the Gabe, his manager, and the sales director along with a check in that I did not have anything concerns. I have never received experiences like this from a dealership before. I am glad I made and chose Heritage as my dealership. Kay D.
