Heritage Mazda Towson

We went out to test drive 2 different cars at 2 different dealerships. First, this dealership was way better. Gabe was awesome, he was extremely personable and funny to boot. They were straight to the point, no sales pressure. He told us the core details of the car which again was awesome. It was the best car buying experience...ever.

Working with Heritage Mazda was an easy, relatively fast, and pleasant experience. I bought a 2016 Mazda CX5 Touring from Peter Holback just a few days ago. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and worked with my budget and spending cap. He was NOT pushy at all (which was very refreshing compared to many other assocoates at other dealerships I had experienced prior) and helped me through my first-time, new car buying process from start to finish. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone buying a car but I would really like to state how much I love the CX5 thus far! I work in the health profession and am a needed employee regardless of weather conditions. So, the AWD option (among others) in the CX5 was just the cherry on top of a plethora of features this car has to offer.

This was the first place I called when I was interested in a new car. I met with Gabe Cunningham. He was very relaxed and I didn't feel pressure in any way. He was also easily reachable whenever I had a question. This is my first new car, so I had a lot! Even after test driving a few other cars at different dealerships, I came back, and we were able to work out a great deal for exactly what I wanted (Mazda3 S Touring). I recently found myself in need of a new vehicle after my car was totaled in an accident. I had an idea of what I was looking for but was not 100% sold. While I initially stopped by to browse the lot and get a better idea of what kind of prices I was looking at, I ended up driving my new CX-5 off the lot. The vehicle is the smoothest ride--great interior and options. Did a lot of homework before buying--first tank of gas--almost 26 MPG! Love it!

I was looking for either a Mazda6 or CX-5. I was able to test drive both and initially picked the CX-5. I worked with Bo Hudson and when he brought me the car, I hated it. He was understanding and easy to tell I wanted the 6. He worked with me to make sure I was making the right decision and helped me get the best deal I could get. I was able to trade in my jeep and get a discount for already having a Honda. He was awesome, totally understanding, and made the process really easy. I can't thank everyone there enough! I love my new car!

I would personally recommend heritage Mazda to anyone I know; friends, family, and business partners. From the time I walked through the front doors I was overwhelmed by how helpful and resourceful every employee was throughout each step in the car buying process. I went in looking for an older, used vehicle which I was in desperate need of, and in a matter of two- three hours the gentlemen that assisted me got me in a brand new vehicle that fitted my financial range. Needless to say I left a very happy man and will be going to heritage Mazda for any and all future business with my personal vehicles.
