I purchased a new Mazda 6 Sport a day or so ago. Mr. Bo Hudson was my Sales Representative. Bo was extremely professional through the whole process, and I would recommend any serious car buyer to use his expertise. Bo was a very approachable down-to-earth person and a "no pressure" salesman. I felt at ease speaking to him, and he was helpful and answered all of my questions. The whole staff at Heritage Mazda did a great job to help me achieve my financial goal, and I left the Dealership very satisfied. Bo deserves a perfect score for a perfect job, and I feel a five star rating would be appropriate.

I was moving to MD from out of the country and was relying on a rental until I could find something to buy but I needed to buy quickly. Sang and I had been emailing before I moved and he was very helpful in trying to understand my needs. I didn't want to have a long negotiation and Sang came through with a great deal on a new Mazda3. I highly recommend using Heritage and it seems any of their sales people are great to work with. Also, Tony Kim in finance was also excellent and explained everything clearly so I didn't feel like I was lost.

The team at Heritage Mazda Towson was so helpful and understanding of my financial situation (just bought a home, owed on my car, etc) and were still able to find me a wonderful car within my price range. Gabe Cunningham walked me through everything and even sat with me in the new car to show me how every single button worked (thank goodness!!). Everyone made me feel comfortable without any pressure. They also answered all of my questions through out the process. Gabe was extremely knowledgeable of Mazda and then some! This was a great experience and I won't be going anywhere else in the future!!
