Great service, laid back.

Gabe had great customer service and I felt no unnecessary pressure at anytime to make a purchase. He also had excellent knowledge of cars. He understood what I was looking for and did his best to show me multiple cars that he felt suited my needs.

Easy and Painless

I have nothing but great things to say about this dealership, and about Gabe Cunningham, who was the salesman that helped me. This was my first car that I've ever purchased, so needless to say, I was very nervous. He made the experience easy and as painless as possible when its comes to buying a car. He went above and beyond to make sure I left with exactly the car that I wanted. I would highly recommend him and this dealership to anyone that is interested in purchasing a Mazda in the future.

Great experience

Just bought a car from Peter Holback last week, and I am still extremely happy about my choice to visit Heritage Mazda Towson. I went in with one specific car in mind but after test driving it, decided it was not the right car for me. Peter has 2 more cars in mind at the same price point and similar mileage for me to drive. He saved me time from having to visit other dealerships as they were both high quality choices at competitive prices. There was no high pressure sales tactics and he was very patient in showing me the differences between the 2 cars. I drove away with a practically new Honda Accord Sport and a huge smile on my face. Great car, great price, great people to work with.

Used Car

I had been looking around for a used Mazda and this was they most helpful dealership. I didn't feel pressured to buy anything I didn't want. I had done my research before I arrived and knew what I was looking for. I would give the dealership 5 stars, but my car was missing a key fob (pretty vital to driving a push-start), so I only have 1 and will be out of luck if the battery in the fob dies. The car was also missing a floor mat which was not revealed to me at any point during the sale. I didn't notice until I was driving away. The dealership worked with my budget and the overall buying process didn't seem to take too long. I was there for a few hours. Peter Holback was very helpful with my purchase. I would recommend you ask for his help.

Wonderful experience at Heritage Mazda Towson

I had a very enjoyable experience buying a car at Heritage Mazda Towson yesterday. Initially, I went in to just look at/test drive a vehicle I had seen online but I ended up leaving with a different vehicle that I absolutely love! Peter Holback, my sales representative, was fantastic. Upon finding out that the 2008 Mazda 3 I had originally wanted to see had been sold the night before, he assessed my needs and quickly found some alternatives. First he showed me a silver 2012 Mazda 3, and after taking it for a test drive I was sure that I wanted that brand and model but I wasn?t blown away by that particular one. Peter then found the same vehicle in black, around the same price, but with more features. I took it for a drive and fell in love with it! Jason Templeton, the sales manager, worked with me to settle on a reasonable price for the Mazda and my trade. Tony Kim and Garrett Evans in the Finance department were extremely helpful and knowledgeable and made the financing process very easy and stress-free. I traded in my old car and drove away with a new vehicle that better suited my needs than the one I had originally hoped to get. Overall, the staff at Heritage Mazda Towson exceeded my expectations and treated me more like a family friend rather than just a customer. They made the car buying process quick, simple, and quite enjoyable. I am excited to begin a business relationship with this dealership and will definitely be bringing my car to them for all future services. I highly recommend buying a car from here, you will not be disappointed!

Just Awesom

My mother and I just brought a car from mazda this will be our second experience buying a car at Lutherville location, our sales guy was Gabe Cunningham he was by far the best. This experience had to be the smoothest and fastest experience I have ever had at a dealership, Gabe was by far super friendly, very informative on every car on the lot, he made everything simple and easy. I would recommend that when you go to Mazda at Lutherville that you ask for Gabe Cunningham cause he is freaking awesome.

Couldn't Believe It

While riding home from work, decided to take a look at some cars. When I pulled into the Heritage Mazda lot, I was met promptly by Gabriel Cunningham. He didn't hassle me like most dealers. He gave me enough time to look at the inventory and make the decision that was best for me. I have already told all of my family, friends, and co-workers about my experience. I will definitely be buying again from Heritage Mazda and Gabriel Cunningham.
