So easy

Jennings and Dora are awesome

I had a warranty issue. It took a little bit for them to figure out what was wrong but Jennings was always keeping me up to date on everything. Dora was also great keeping me up to date. Since they had to order parts they were nice enough to give me a loaner. Thanks for your help. It was great also that my sales rep Austin came to check on me. He wasn’t just there for the sale he was there after. He was the one that set up my service appointment.

Just what I wanted

I saw what I wanted online I came to buy got to the manager and learn a little bit about Mazda even though I was there to purchase a used Chrysler I was still pleased With the info I?ll definitely be back for an upgrade Good salesmanship

Good experience except for the attempts at upselling

I bought a used 2016 Mazda CX-5 from here. Craig was very helpful and seemed to honestly try to answer my questions and get me a car that I was looking for. I was happy with my experience with him. When I scheduled a test drive, though, I came in and found out the car I requested was unavailable because it was at the body shop. I was upset I was not told this before I arrived and to compound my frustration, the managers tried to upsell me on new or more expensive cars. This is the downside of going to a dealership, so it was refreshing to work with Craig who wasn’t constantly trying to upsell me. Overall, I’m happy with my purchase. Their listing price prenegotiations is pretty reasonable, too.

Bought a need car

Heritage (and Bo) were very helpful! When we had questions, he responded right away and made sure we were getting the best deal. I had expected to purchase a 2017 but with the deal he was able to give, there was no way to pass up the 2018!

Fantastic Car Buying Experience

This is an outstanding dealership. I liked the intimate size, especially since so many dealerships feel impersonal when you enter. Not so here. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. John seems to really value his staff and has created a cohesive group. I was pleased with every aspect of my experience. Craig was extraordinary. He made me feel comfortable through the longish process, and was able to answer all my questions. If I buy a car again I’d want him to be a part of the transaction. And my experience with the financing people was great too. They found me an excellent financing deal and made the entire process so easy. Jody was able to get me “real” numbers via email on Friday. That is a rare thing and quite frankly helped me make the decision to buy at Heritage. And John made every effort to give me a great price while still being a pro and nice guy. Big thanks to all the folks at Heritage for making my day yesterday.
