Heritage Mazda Towson

I had my 2014 cx5 in for regular maintenance and had a question about tire warranty. My service writer was able to contact the tire manufacturer to resolve the question (Plus their service lounge is awesome, with computer desks, coffee and a kid's play area.)

We already own a Mazda and have owned one or two in the past so we like the product. A reliable alternative to a BMW. The 2018 cx9 is a great design-good to look at, comfortable to drive and performs well. The dealer is easy to work with in negotiations, our salesman is available for questions and everyone goes the extra mile to make the ownership experience enjoyable. When you stop by ask for Craig.

He even offered me hot chocolate and to charge my phone while I waited. A man came in to pick up his car while I was there and told me I had the best salesman I the place... seems legit.

I recently purchased a new Mazda CX-3 from Heritage Mazda Towson. I could not have had a more positive experience. My sales person Ralph Price was extremely helpful to me. I would recommend working with Ralph to anyone who is interested in purchasing a vehicle. Aaron Smucker, the finance manager, assisted me with my paperwork. He was very thorough, making sure that I understood everything. I can't remember ever completing paperwork as quickly and easily when purchasing a vehicle. The entire staff was very pleasant and professional, checking in with me as I waited for my new car to be brought from another location to Towson. Craig was very patient with us as we picked the best car for our family. We test drove several cars before choosing the right vehicle and Craig made us feel very comfortable throughout the process. Craig even gave me a demonstration of several products that would provide additional protection for our vehicle from damage to the exterior and interior of the vehicle. First, let me set the stage- I have bought and sold over 30 vehicles personally and helped others over the years as well.
