The people over at Heritage Mazda Towson were exceptionally friendly from the time I came in to the time I drove out with my new car. Will and the crew helped me out by showing me a car that is not only an upgrade to what I had but also had it fit within my current budget. The whole process was quick and there was no real pressure involved during the buying process. This will be a car I will enjoy for years to come.

Great overall experience
Ralph was very friendly and went above & beyond during and after the sale, and John was very straightforward with the price of the car, I got what I was looking for on my trade-in and got a good deal for my purchase, a very pleasant buying experience.

Great experience buying a new car!
I was trying to decide about buying a new car and Bo Hudson and the team at Towson Heritage made it really easy and stress-free. They gave me the pricing and options requested and worked with me on getting some needed documentation. Bo answered my questions and provided me with the information I needed. Made the stress of buying a new car disappear!
Couldn’t have been happier with my purchase and experience at the Towson Heritage location. I went in feeling very anxious because the brand new car I had for less than 4 months had been totaled in an accident... after all of the stress I’d been through, negotiations for a new car just seemed like one more hurdle. Greg was wonderful. His customer service put me at ease and made the experience exciting. He was very direct and was able to provide everything I needed in the way of my requirements, and answered all of my questions. He even offered input on things that I hadn’t considered, like taking care of the extended warranty on my last car and the best location to turn in my old tags and registration. I am a highly satisfied customer!

Excellent used car purchase experience
My salesperson Bo (a veteran and former police officer) and the General Manager John were incredibly personable, willing to work with me, and very helpful through the purchase process. When it was time to sign the paperwork, Sarah was again very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful. Such a great experience.
