Great Buying Experience
From the moment I walked into the dealership the team was attentive without being overbearing. Craig was awesome in listening and then showing me the used vehicle I saw online. While showing me the features of the vehicle I came for, he was extremely knowledgeable of the subtle differences and benefits of the newer models. When I was ready to make the purchasing decision he did his best to streamline the process making the decision an easy one. One of the better purchasing experiences I have had. I would definitely recommend him and the team over at Heritage Towson.

Christmas wish comes true.
I had the pleasure of meeting Ralph about 9 months ago, when I thought I was ready to purchase. Tuesday, December 19th , I phoned Ralph to let him know, the funding for purchase was coming through, but not in time for Christmas. I was hoping to give my wife a new Mazda. Well to make it quick, after I hung up from Ralph, I was disappointed I would not be able to get the car by Christmas. Well Ralph and a few other of Santa's helpers made a dream come true! Ralph called me back and said they had talked and had come up with a way for me to give my wife a new 2018 CX-9! So, today, Ralph made that dream come true and I will be giving my wife a new car this Christmas.Never and I mean NEVER have I been treated so respectfully at any dealership before.

Great experience trading in/leasing new vehicle
In comparison to other dealerships, Heritage Mazda Towson had amazing customer service. I was treated with genuine respect and kindness from beginning to end which means a lot. Great
Went to test drive a cx5 highly anticipated for months. Was not disappointed from the moment we walked in. Salesman Greg informative friendly. No pressure. Finance part always painful but procedure smooth. Manager open and honest felt comfortable from start to finish. My expectations of the vehicle were surpassed and probably the deal was we because of the professional friendly persons employed at that dealership

Outstanding!!!
I originally just came in to look around and compare; never thought that I'd actually be buying a car in just a few days. Buying a car can be a little stressful but Bo Hudson was there with me every step of the way! Mr. Bo was very helpful, understanding and even answered all hundred and one of our questions. He even went the extra mile and walked me through all the features of the car to make sure I knew where everything was! Most importantly he was patient! Great unexpected surprise
After addressing having my Mazda CX5 maintenance servicing, and discovering the Owings Mills location had closed, I scheduled an appointment at the Towson/Lutherville location. Although I arrived earlier than expected, I was pleasantly greeted and referred to Bryan Williams who efficiently processed me in, answered all my questions, and gave me a timeframe for completion. (I was impressed with the professionalism of both of the employees at this "check-in" location!) Given that I always tend to wander through the new car showroom, I was then greeted by John Holliday and then Craig Chappell where conversations led to the possibility trading my current vehicle for the "enticing" new CX5 on the floor. I found both gentlemen very comfortable and professional to deal with, and Craig, particularly, well versed in questions regarding Mazda info, updates in vehicles, and what was available from this dealership. The end result was my visit to this Mazda location for service, ended up with my purchasing a brand new beautiful 2017 CX-5, I could not be more pleased with the outcome! My thanks to Mr(s) Chappell, Holliday, and Williams for their courtesy, professionalism, and for quite an unexpected pleasant experience. I would gladly furnish any addt'l feedback. *****

Good experience - daugter's first car
We are fans of Mazdas and had a good experience with Craig and John at heritage Mazda Timonium. We had done research online and our daughter identified a Mazda 3 iSport she was interested in. Even though it was evening, we took a test drive with Craig and she loved the car. John and I came to a reasonable price. Do your homework online; good experience at the dealership.
