Service personnel seem very competent.

Service personnel seem very competent. Service reps seem honest and customer-oriented. Gina E. was very nice and upbeat. Don't know the sales staff, so can't comment on them .. I suspect I was the only sale for a rep who came and went pretty quickly. Like the free water, snacks, and big screen TV in the waiting room, and the sound-proof kiddie waiting room. I didn't use it this time but I appreciate your local shuttle service as this is the only car my wife and I have.
