Finance person deceived us when signing loan agreement

Finance person deceived us when signing loan agreement and now we’re paying for repairs on our own. Don’t believe anything they say because all they care about is selling a vehicle. Wife spoke to GM and is not a man of his word. Must be a taught culture there.

A large selection of vehicles with numerous options in stock that was at the ready and my salesperson did not have to go find the car I wanted. Additionally, my salesperson Jeff was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions with a no pressure sales approach.
