The staff at the dealership was very helpful in helping me find the perfect car. My salesmen Martin was also very knowledgeable and helped me understand all the functions of my new car. I would recommend this dealership to anyone.

We negotiated our price by phone and email. We went to the dealership to switch cars from our trade~in to our new Kia. We treated exceptionally well. It was a smooth process. Kia was friendly, efficient, patient and created a great customer service experience.

My son and I got lied to about insurance payment.

My son and I got lied to about insurance payment. All they wanted was to sell him his first car and set him up to failure cuz we told them what our budget was for insurance we clearly told them anything higher then we couldn't purchase vehicle so they lied to use just to sell. That is cruel.

Everyone is so nice.

Everyone is so nice. They don't abandon you when you're having service done. If it takes longer then they estimated, they let you know what's going on, which is very nice. Can't think of anything to improve on. You have a good crew.

We had a lifetime warranty that we felt wasn't being

We had a lifetime warranty that we felt wasn't being honored. In the end one of the owners stepped in, with the help of GM Chuck Settles and made sure that our issues were resolved. We greatly appreciate all their help and would definitely purchase another vehicle from any of the Gerald dealerships. It's good to know that they really do take care of their customers!

A great service experience - from take in through check

A great service experience - from take in through check out. I had the 120K service performed. As I had certain items taken care of previously, the service tech (Brandon P) advised that the cost would be less. The work was completed quickly and check out was a breeze. The price was fair and a discount coupon also helped reduce the cost.

I ordered a part for my Kia Niro a few months ago and

I ordered a part for my Kia Niro a few months ago and never got around to having it installed. Recently, I received a notice stating that there is a recall on the Niro. Since, I was out running errands, I took a chance to check on whether or not my part was still available for installation and asked about the recall. I was treated with kindness, patience, and professionalism. My part for the recall has been ordered; and I was told that both parts would be installed on the same day so I wouldn't have to make two trips. Added thought, I had my little Maltese with me, and I was allowed to bring him to the waiting room while the service dept checked things out for me.
