It went well and easy. Had my KIA in for a recall regarding the electrical system. The team fixed what needed. They went the extra mile with a vacuum and a wash. A professional group. 👍

I was feeling pretty disgruntled after being brushed off

I was feeling pretty disgruntled after being brushed off by one of the employees. But then Brandon took over my service and he was extremely helpful. He communicated well, accommodated me with a loaner, and went above and beyond in his customer service. It really turned my feelings around.
