Representatives were very friendly and professional.

Representatives were very friendly and professional. It was very convenient dropping off and picking up car. Brandon Penman was very helpful and patient. There was also a lady who helped me twice. I don't remember her name, but she was also friendly and patient. The loaner car was very nice.

I arrived on time the staff took control of booking the vehicle in while I left them to handle everything and went to the comfortable waiting room I was informed just over an hour the service was done and notified of any up coming events requirements the car will need in near future I paid the bill and booked the next appointment no problems at all

I was just there for the Service Dept to do an oil change

I was just there for the Service Dept to do an oil change on my Kia Sportage, and that included air and cabin filter replacements. From hello to goodbye all the staff were very polite, helpful and professional. Brandon did a great job quarterbacking my appointment, answering some questions I had in general about my car's condition and care, and updating me once or twice on the service and inspection of my car. The lady at Express was also very nice and personable as she checked me out. I bought this car at this dealership almost 7 years ago and their quality of service and customer communications has always been excellent.

I went in for an appointment to address a recall and an

I went in for an appointment to address a recall and an oil change. When I checked out the advisor did not mention the recall Was not taken care of. The next day I get phone call that the parts were in for the recall and I needed to schedule another appointment. This is a total Lack of communication on your part, because when I scheduled the appointment I was told it had to be on the weekday due to the recall issue. I addressed my concerns with the an advisor and asked him why was this not explained when I checked out he said his coworker checked me out and alleges that recall parts can only be ordered in person with the vin number being provided. I do not believe this to be true was I have had multiple recalls and they have been taken care of in conjunction with an oil change appointment. For years I have went out of my way to go to the north Aurora location that is 25 mins from my house instead of the Naperville location due to the excellent customer service I have received in the past. Due to this incident, I will no longer inconvenience myself to service my car.

My overall experience with the Service Manager John Kainz

My overall experience with the Service Manager John Kainz was remarkable. I was stressed when I walked into the service department because I was having a major issue with my vehicle. John was very professional, knowledgeable and listened attentively to my concerns. I was at ease after talking to him. John went above and beyond to ensure I wasn't inconvenienced and my vehicle was repaired in a timely manner. His level of service was greatly appreciated.
