I made an appointment for my wifes Kia Sorento and received excellent service. Great staff that performed the requested maintenance and advised me of an issue with a tire which had to be replaced. The facility was neat and clean and customers had complimentary water, coffee and snacks. I have always had pleasant experience at Gerald Kia in North Aurora.

I just bought a used Soul from Noryh Aurora. Havent bought a car in 21 years. I went to other dealers and walked out because the salesman were way to pushy and because I was a female thought I would give into anything. Scott Vickey was so nice did not push and understood what I wanted he was very helpful and I would recommend him and North Aurora Kia. Great place

Exceptional, quick service
I received exceptional service during my maintenance appointment. Jaime has been a pleasure to work with. I set up a maintenance appointment this past December and instead of going through with the maintenance and charging me, he notified me that my car actually did not require the maintenance activities at the time. I came back this past weekend and he only did the oil change and tire rotation (the Gerald Kia maintenance package specifies for a cabin filter replacement, however he stated I would not need this until I reached 12,000 miles and therefore did not unnecessarily replace the filter and charged me for it). In addition to this honesty, he was extremely polite and open to any questions I had. He made sure to make a point that I can contact him via email with any questions in the future as needed. I had a wonderful experience. I did not feel like the Jaime and the overall dealership was trying to squeeze every penny out of me, and Jaime was very patient with my questions which I highly appreciated since I am not the most well-versed in car knowledge. I live about 45 minutes away from the dealership (without traffic) and my experience showed that the drive is definitely worth it.

Got to get to Gerald
John, Colin and Jamie are very professional. They got my car in immediately without having an appointment! Everything was nice and fast. The waiting room was awesome as well. Comfortable seating, huge TV, good snacks, wifi, Starbucks coffee, and they even had a popcorn machine! Best service experience I have ever had. Although I don’t have kids, they also have a separate play room for kids to watch tv and play with toys. How cool is that?!

Excellent Service Department Team
I really appreciate the Service Dept team . The check in process is quick , the waiting area has beverages , wi-fi , clean restrooms . I was updated on the timing of repairs and was given a nice 5 minute "heads up" when the car would be ready. Checking out was easy as well.

Overall experience
Entire experience was fantastic. Friendly service, offer of shuttle, waiting area with snacks and drinks, very detailed description of problems and action, next day car fax emailed me with subscription payed for by Gerald Kia ( usually $ 99.00) Annually. I am very satisfied and have already told friends and family.

The experience is always easy , from setting the appointment, check in process is a breeze , the work is done timely and the charges are fair - great service for the price. The waiting area is fully equipped: coffee , water, wi-fi , so one can work easily while waiting.
