Great facility and service from great staff

Always a friendly environment. Jaime makes me feel like I'm getting a new car every time. This was my first new car initially that I bought in my own and the continued valued service 4 years later speaks for itself

Bought a car?

Everything was fairly simple. There was a lot of variety and the dealership is in a convenient location. Not uncommon at a car dealership for the sales person to be a bit pushy. I get it. Their only goal is to sell the car. I honestly would have liked things a bit slower. I felt rushed, as if the facility was closing soon.

Great Sales help

The salesman, Scott Vickery was very helpful, answered all our questions, and worked hard on our behalf to get the deal made. He also showed us a lot of operating features before we drove home, and let us know lessons are free if we cannot figure out anything else on the car. He was very gracious and personable.

Exceptional service

The service department has always been exceptional in their attention to our needs and the service received, even working us in once as a drop-in for an "emergency" repair when my husband pulled the rear view mirror off the front windshield!

Friendly staff

Customer service is always great here. Highly recommend Gerald Kia North Aurora for your car needs. The waiting area is always Clean and the waiting time is reasonable.

Happy, clean, and friendly.

Friendly employees, my questions were answered, car was clean. Waiting area had coffee , snacks,magazines and TV and nice seating. But most of all, with the WORLD in such a mess it is really nice to be welcomed with a smile and a helping hand. Thank you
