Tony (Akos) was an amazing salesman!
Tony (Akos) was an amazing salesman! Great humor which matched my husband's! He did a great job finding the vehicle that had exactly what we wanted, a Telluride. And then when we wanted to drive the palisade again, he made that happen even tho he wouldn't get commission if we bought that one. But driving the Hynduai helped us KNOW that it was the Telluride that won! The whole experience couldn't have been better!!!

I recently arrived for a 9 am appointment on October 11,
I recently arrived for a 9 am appointment on October 11, 2024 promptly. I was greeted by friendly staff. My check engine light was on, but not blinking. This is a problem I have had since I purchased my vehicle, however, I have never been able to utilize my Life Time Warranty for any of my visits. My husband and I have recommended friends and family to the dealership. They have had problems also. I do understand that my vehicle is an older model (2016 Kia Optima) with mileage under 74,000 miles when I drove it in for my lady appointment. I was told there was an oil consumption issue, which if you check my records, you will see I have maintained the vehicle. I was told when I purchased the vehicle that any problems with the engine, transmission, etc. would be covered by the Life Time Warranty, but to no avail. I have never been able to use any of my warranties that we are paying for monthly because they are designed in a way that is going to be a failed situation for the customer, and a monetary asset for the warranty company. I sat patiently on 10/11/24 and waiting until close to noon to check out. Supervisor, Richard kindly explained to me, he was going to try to get the warranty process started and that he would give me a call next week, meaning the current week. He also politely told me I would get a loaner when my car was going to be serviced. I had a missed call from the dealership, but I am still waiting for Supervisor, Richard to contact me. I was not charged for the last visit, but noticed when I got in my car the check engine light was still on. Richard came over and assured me it was safe to drive and that he was still going to contact me. My car and the safety of it is extremely important to me as I work and now have to take my husband to the Veterans Administration Hospital in Hines-Maywood Il. I do not want any car problems when I am driving near or far. I am asking for someone to work on my car where we feel safe when we are in it. The experience with the vehicle has been challenging.
