I recently bought a 2024 Kia Telluride from Gerald Kia in North Aurora and had an excellent experience. I worked with Adil, and he was the only Kia salesman in the Chicagoland area who was willing to work with me over email so that I didn't have to waste time playing the game at the dealership. Fair and transparent negotiation and very friendly and knowledgeable about the vehicle.

Fantastic group of people working there.

Fantastic group of people working there. Had a few issues with Telluride but they were able to fix quick and applied it to our warranty. Great job as well cleaning the car.

We worked with Keevin and he was friendly and professional. He reviewed all the features with us and he educated us on Kia, as we have never owned a Kia before. He did not put any pressure on us and worked with us on our timeline.

Appointment times are kept, there is a nice waiting area

Appointment times are kept, there is a nice waiting area with snacks, my car was thoroughly checked and washed. I was also offered a shuttle and advised as to areas of attention for my car. Richard took his time going over everything with me and answered all my questions.

Had to return 3 times in one week as engine light was on

Had to return 3 times in one week as engine light was on yet the service department claimed to "fix" the car. Turned out it needed a new engine - car had only 50,000 miles - not a good quality car or service.
