Tires not needed after all

The honesty and not feeling like I was being taken. Employees are doing their best short-staffed. It was a good visit.

Most unprofessional dealership I’ve ever been to. I’ve never had to jump through so many hoops just to get a car. I shouldn’t have to contact the salesman MYSELF after being told he’d call me the next day. After giving me the okay for the car. I also shouldn’t have to ask FOUR times what the interest rate on the car is. He couldn’t even give me a straight answer. AND THEN HE CHARGED MY CARD. Without giving me an answer still.

It’s already been taken care of elsewhere. Got the EXACT same car for a monthly payment of $200 less than what you guys were trying to charge me AND I only put down $2000 like I wanted to. Whereas, you guys told me I needed $3000 and it was $603 a month. Not only that, but I had to wait to get the car until I was refunded what Martin charged me WITHOUT TELLING ME.
