My experience here was nothing short of wonderful!!...

My experience here was nothing short of wonderful!! Santos was friendly, helpful, and he worked very hard to help us get the deal we wanted. He took time to explain all the new technology that comes with our new car. He and other staff searched for a better deal for our used car and for a better interest rate. They worked hard to get us this deal. I am very satisfied with Gerald Kia and will return next time I need a car.

Everyone was super helpful, fast service, friendly people. Dropped off my car for extended warranty work and everyone was amazing.

Great customer service.

The service took way too long, but they cokped me for the oil change because of the wait. It's a little thing, but really turned around my mood about the situation.

Love North Aurora Kia!

Love North Aurora’s service department! Had to to take my car there unexpectedly and w/o an appointment and was greeted in such a friendly & helpful manner! They looked at the problem, repaired it, noticed their records showed an oil change would be needed soon so did that simultaneously and I was in and out of there in a short time! Could not recommend them more highly and frequently have done just that!!! Thank you, North Aurora Kia Service Dept!
