Service

I service my car at Stevens Creek Mini service center for >2 years, they always provide very good service, however, this time I would rate it>5 stars, Blake Justman is the best so far I ever met, and I strongly recommend Blake.

Robert Fabian provided with great customer service and

Robert Fabian provided with great customer service and took care of all of my needs, he has a great personalty and is excellent to work with. My Mini needed a new AC compressor and water pump pulley, both major repairs that Robert explained to me and showed me in detail so I understood everything. Robert also provided me with a brand new Mini loaner while our car was waiting for parts and being repaired, which we really appreciated and enjoyed (we need to upgrade)! He also reimbursed me for my Uber rides to and from work form the dealership. Robert provided a discount, the max he could, on our total bill, which was nice. Even thought both repairs were costly and they are fixed correctly with peace of mind, I really enjoyed working with Robert and the team Mini of Stevens Creek.

This is a rating for the Service department. The quality service of Stevens Creek Mini is now a thing of the past. It is most unfortunate as I'm still completely sold on the Mini, but I will no longer bring my business to the service department. On my last visit, they were rude, aggressively tried to over-sell unneeded services and failed to look at the record of service they performed on my car this year, attempting to get me to purchase something they themselves replaced not 2 months prior to my most recent visit. In other words, not a "bad day" for the person managing the service of my vehicle, but a noticeable change to aggressive, pressure service. I love my Mini, but will never bring it back to Stevens Creek Mini for service.

They have went above and beyond calling in a specialist to fix my car and troubleshoot everything to fix the problem with my car. They kept my car until the problem was resolved. Provided me with detail updates along the way.

By the time I was done, Robert was my best friend.

By the time I was done, Robert was my best friend. No, seriously the staff is amazing and the technicians do excellent work. Robert helped me with every issue and really encouraged me through a hard time I was having due to the issues with my car. Excellent communication all around and would 10000/10 recommend. I was nervous as the closest dealership is three hours from my house, so if you are concerned about the drive being far, it is totally worth it. awesome people, clean facility and great service all around.
