Devin was our service advisor.
Devin was our service advisor. He was professional and helpful in diagnosing our car issues. When we got the summary of results he also helped us determine what was needed immediately and what we could defer to spread the costs out. I appreciated this honesty and helpfulness towards the customer. He’s a 5 of 5. The dealer is a 3/5 because they have no loaner cars and this is essential. I would choose a another dealer if they had loaners due to the inconvenience. Please consider adding for more service business.

I purchased a vehicle on 6/14 and traded in my existing
I purchased a vehicle on 6/14 and traded in my existing one. It is 6/24 and my bank has not received the buy out on my trade in and has not received DMV paperwork for my purchase. I now have a loan on a car I do not own and no paperwork or loan on the new vehicle. I have called and emailed managers, finance managers and even the sales associate that assisted in this purchase. NO ONE HAS CONTACTED ABOUT MY INQUIRY. They certainly cashed my down payment quickly...I am not a happy customer. Seems like I hooked up with the wrong people at this location.

Its been 2 weeks since purchase. Paperwork for funding on new car loan FINALLY showed up 2 days ago. No pay out for the trade in vehicle. I now have 2 car loans with my credit union and only one car. These people just don't get it...buyer beware
Now I have the manager, Eddie, involved. Very nice helpful man. Hopefully we can complete this by weeks end.
Eddie has taken to not answering my calls or text messages. Such like all the other incompetent "employees" here.

Friendly, knowledgeable.
Recently they have shown non-Mini cars in storefronts, and the last experience there was terrible. But I gave it another try after almost two years of absence. I enjoyed good coffee and conversation with the friendly and knowledgeable staff. The repair took longer than expected, but it was less expensive than the estimate. You may get a cheaper fix, but I trust the official dealer.

Excellent Complimentary Service!
I had a great experience getting my Mini serviced for the 1-year complimentary service offered. Robert did an amazing job and even cleaned the car too! Overall a great experience and I will be coming back for sure. The coffee machine inside the building is a nice addition too :-)

Mini Service is second to none
Took my Mini in for its last warranty covered service. Derek and the team took really good care of my vehicle. He also kept me informed on any updates and other servicing needs. Overall great experience
