Roberto is great!

Roberto is great! It is just easy from start to finish. Go in, service the Mini, get a call or text when done, pay and leave. Good good good.

Excellent service experience.

Excellent service experience. The Service Advisor, Robert, worked with me to resolve a repair issue that will eventually be covered by a just-announced FRM recall that MINI has not begun administering yet. The repair was done timely for a fair price to get me back on the road again. Parts Director David was extremely helpful in securing the needed part.

I purchased my new mini in the dealership store few weeks ago, we had good experience with Kyle, he was patient on our all questions and requests. The only thing is the paperwork took much time to finish.

LITERALLY SOLD US A CAR THAT WAS ALREADY SOLD!

LITERALLY SOLD US A CAR THAT WAS ALREADY SOLD!! Completely unbelievable, unconscionable, and probably illegal! I was there to buy a car for my 19 year old son. We were shown a really cute 2013 Slate Blue MiniCooper, which we test drove with gusto, spent a good amount of time inspecting, discussing, and ultimately insuring, and filling out all the sale docs and check. They were bringing it around for a quick wash before we left with it, when we were told that it had already been purchased and paid in full by a woman that they simply couldn't get a hold of!!! And to make up for this xxxxshow, they offered me "a good deal on a 2024"!! So that's the angle?? As I told the guy multiple times while we were there, I am not going to by my 19 year old college kid a brand new car for on campus. Just not going to happen. UGH!! There aren't enough words to express how disgusted I am with their dealership. :(

They evaluated my car, what repair it needed, and gave

They evaluated my car, what repair it needed, and gave me an estimate. I authorized them to do the repair work. When the car was repaired, the bill was a lot higher than the estimate. I was of course disappointed that I had to pay more than I anticipated. So far, the car repair seems to be working ok.

Even though this visit cost me unexpected expense for

Even though this visit cost me unexpected expense for repair, it was great experience working with Stevens Creek Mini as usual. My advisor Johny and service team fortunately found faulty oil filter housing before it get completely broken, so I could get repaired successfully. Johny was so professional and kept updating me the progress with text and call. I'll give 10/10 for Johny and Mini service engineers.
