The staff was very professional, courteous.

The staff was very professional, courteous.and friendly. The very moment we walked through the doors we were greeted and asked if we needed any assistance. The staff was very patient with us and we're never pushy or aggressive. They let us take our time and answered everyone of our questions as many as they were. The atmosphere is very welcoming and felt like a family. We were never pressured or pushed into something we didn't need or want. They kept our criteria and budget in mind through the whole process. I love Mimi Cooper and their wonderful staff. I didn't want to leave. I would definitely refer everyone I know to this dealership. 10 stars in my book!!!

I wanted to take a moment to express my appreciation for one of your exceptional staff members, Devin Miller. During my recent visit to your dealership, Devin went above and beyond to help me out when I encountered a miscommunication issue with one of your agents over the phone. Although the agent had informed me that I could walk in and get my car serviced by the end of the day, the service crew told me they were fully booked and couldn't accommodate me. I was disappointed, but Devin listened to my situation and took it upon himself to ensure that my car was serviced by the end of the day despite the earlier miscommunication. Devin's excellent customer service skills really made my day and left a lasting positive impression. His dedication, willingness to help, and ability to make things happen in a challenging situation were truly remarkable. Overall, I had a fantastic experience at your dealership, and Devin's exceptional service really stood out to me. Dealership overall good, but...

Overall, my experience leasing a new Mini from Stevens Creek was really good. They just need to improve their post-sales communication and I'd update my review to 5 stars. The snafu was with my lease trade-in that Stevens Creek was supposed to pay off, and when I checked in on the status a week after the transaction, I found out that 1) the payment was never sent and 2) they had to ask me for an updated payoff since the first one expired. I was able to provide the updated payoff but after that, trying to get updates on when the check sent, on whether the check was sent, etc. proved to be a challenge. I sent multiple emails and the response rate was maybe 1 every 4 emails. After two weeks and lots of emails on my end, with each one showing my increased frustration, I finally learned that the business center has all the paperwork but they are slow in processing said paperwork and sending the payment, and the GM of Stevens Creek and I came to an amicable agreement. Anyway, outside of the payoff and comms issue, my overall experience with the team was a good one, and I'd still recommend them. I'd just also recommend being diligent about following up if you are trading in a car with lease or financing payments that need to be paid off.

A Dream Come True!!!

From the moment I stepped onto the dealership car lot, I was impressed. The Mini Cooper is my dream car. I finally got it, and it was an excellent experience from beginning to end. Abdul and Mo were so professional and helpful. I never felt pushed or hurried. They were there for me through the whole experience. Dakota in Finances made buying my car simple and stress free by explaining every step of the way. Next thing ya know, I'm driving off the lot in my dream come true!!!!

Mini of Stevens Creek / Auto Nation

I wanted to sell my truck and get a Mini. Got Blue Book price and then got a email from Belen of Mini of Stevens Creek. I went in to see what they had to offer and saw the Mini that I wanted. They offered me Blue Book for the truck but I declined. Later on I sold the truck to someone else and then went back and bought the Mini I previously looked at. Belen was very knowlegeableand helpful through the whole process. Going thru finance was fairly easy too.

I had a great experience pre-ordering and receiving an electric Mini SE through Mini of Stevens Creek! My sales rep Pedro was always available to answer questions and give me updates on the delivery schedule. Everyone at the dealership was a pleasure to work with and it was a very smooth experience overall!

Post Pandemic Service visit

My 1st visit back since the pandemic. Devin O. Miller was my advisor, very cordial and accommodating. The video snap shots of areas of concern on the car was a nice addition where one can really see the ?where and why? components that needed attention on my car. 4 stars on quality of repair - battery cowl cover was not secured properly upon inspection when I got home.. Could?ve fallen off to the engine compartment. PS. Your google review link wasn?t loading.

My MINI Clubman wanted oil change and just a bit more of

My MINI Clubman wanted oil change and just a bit more of brake fluid. Plus, my MINI key began to misbehave. I always serviced it at the dealership even though it is over 40 miles drive for me. No problem with oil change - expensive as expected, though. Dealership insisted that instead of topping off brake fluid as MINI indicated, they absolutely must flush the brake system. Over $200 just for that, even though it wasn't really necessary. And regarding the key - they had absolutely no clue. Locksmith down the street figured it out in under 5 minutes at no charge. So much for dealership "expertise" Next time I need routine service it won't be there - no reason at all. They are friendly and polite, but so are many other people who don't charge me for the niceties.

great experience!

Not just your ordinary oil change...the most impressive part was keeping me informed throughout the time I waited and sipped delicious coffee from their deluxe barista machine...they texted me a video of the technician walking the car while up on the lift describing what he saw, eliminating the feeling of not knowing and hoping all is ok, total transparency was welcomed as most other places you don't always get that feeling.
