In May 2021 I re-ordered a Mini SE - $250 down payment.

In May 2021 I re-ordered a Mini SE - $250 down payment. Was told it would be delivered between Aug and Nov. In Nov I called and they couldn't find any record of me. Harris called and said he'd found me. They misspelled my name (McDonalv instead of McDonald) He put in another order for a customer Mini SE. Said that because of my mistreatment, I would go to head of list. Mini would be ready for me in Jan. Jan, no mini. Said it would be done in Feb. No one called me in Jan. I had to call. Does this seem like good service? Not to me. When I purchased a mini that met my custom order (not the one I ordered but one that came in that fit my order), finance forgot to refund my $250 down payment. I was in the dealership for 4 hours, even though I was paying with cash and made it very clear I didn't want any extras. Even so, they tried to get me to buy a tire deal. I should have been in and out in an hour. The only reason I didn't give 1 star is because Pedro was very helpful (came to my house to teach me about my Mini), kind, patient, and dedicated to me as a buyer.

Had to replace the side light on my 2013 mini cooper.

Had to replace the side light on my 2013 mini cooper. They didn't have the light in stock so I pre-ordered it with them and they told me to come back in exactly one day and that's what I did. No call or anything telling me that it didn't come in that day. Suppose it's my fault for not calling ahead of time and instead of showing up. They then told me to come back the next day since that's "when it should be in". Surprise, it wasn't in and I would have driven there AGAIN without them telling me it wasn't ready over a phone call. The lack of communication was super annoying and I had to go out of my way to see if the part I ordered THROUGH them was ready or not. There were some positives from my experience but this single hiccup in my experience is all I remember them by.
