The customer service is really bad and they charge you a lot of money without repairing anything at the end

Mini S repair

Courteous, thorough inspection and repair of water leakage around rear window seal. We are very pleased with the service provided.

Bait and Switch

I'm a bit bummed out about how the process went. I think they bait and switch prices and use the same kinds of techniques sales people use to bamboozle me into feeling okay about paying too much for repairs. Dropped off the car with an initial estimate of around $4K. Service people were communicative but after three days of back and forth to get a firm estimate they came back with a quote of $4,500 to replace a clutch and flywheel in a 2006 mini and another $4,000 to replace a strut and CV joint. I looked online and found other stations with better reviews quoting half that. Getting the quote was a bit unpleasant because it took 4 days of phoning back and forth with the service guy, although polite, telling me he would have to go back to his manager to get permission. It kind of felt like the run around one gets when buying a car. The same kind of psychological hazing where they tell you a higher price and then come back to you with a slightly lower one and expect you to be happy. However, the final quote was still thousands more than other repair places quoted so I took my car back. When paying the fees for the small amount of work they did, the cashier sounded polite, said the right things, but tone and body language were angry and negative. I noticed that on some reviews on other platforms have follow up comments from the dealerships management, but what they do is offer to speak with you on the phone but they don't address poor behavior or complaints directly in the on-line forum. It's a marketing technique that makes it seem like they care but I suspect they don't.

Mini of Stevens Creek Car Service

When I go to the dealership to have my car service, I expect excellent, friendly, and considerate service. Anything less will disappoint. Needless to say, I had an wonderful, happy-feel good service. I went in for a headlight repair, and I had Steven Quinn as my Service Advisor, and he was kind and listened to my issue, made sure I got Joel (my favorite mechanic here) to check my car, so it was a job well done by both guys. I do wish my prior Advisor, Jennifer Timmerman Flick, whom I used for years was still there, but I heard she recently re-signed, so I was bummed about that when I booked my appointment. Thank you Mini Stevens Creek for always a positive experience and good service.

Great car and buying experience!

Love my new 2018 MINI Countryman S! The Stevens Creek store has a nice inventory of new and lightly used certified pre-owned vehicles in different trims and colors. It doesn't at all feel like a traditional unpleasant chore you used to dread when you were going to buy a car. You work with nice, friendly and professional sales folks that help you choose the car that you like and make sure that you're a happy buyer. No pressure, no haggling, no trips to the manager for the "best price" or dramatic promises of a one time offer if you don't walk off the lot. The same reasonable price on the website and on the paperwork. Free Carfax report on used cars, demos and loaners. I personally had a wonderful experience and got my dream toy! My special thanks and shout out to wonderful "Motoring Advisor" Solmaz "Soli" Asli and sales associate Raana Sojdeh!

Stevens Creek MINI Review

They treat us rude

Although I know ask them refund unuse extended care is difficult never imagined they can asked customer leave and throwing documents on the table rudely! Also they are used to call police come let you leave! Just because you already own a mini and one person will not have more mini in his wholelife. So they can treat you in bad attitude. The sales manager just like a rogue if he can’t get any benefit from you! what’s is true we will not have a mini cooper again they really get extra money they want but they lost basic human nature we wish them use the money they get happy. They are losers! I just hope everyone who want go here buy any car just don’t buy any extra programs not only for waste money also for their Sick attitude!I took a video how their finances manager’s treat us but I don’t want to make trouble for him because this is his job. I wish he is happy with his job. And don’t treat your customer like today again although you can’t get any money from them.
