The Best Experience EVER!!
After test driving about 20 cars and going to 30 different dealerships in the Santa Cruz and Santa Clara areas, and having one insulting and frustrating experience after the other, I went to MINI of of Stevens Creek. I was not hopeful that the experience would be any different. I was completely wrong. I met with Kai and test drove the car, I ended up purchasing. He was polite, respectful and friendly! He offered us a fair price and wonderful to work with. The entire process was simple and straightforward! I would recommend Kai and MINI of Stevens Creek to every woman tired of sexist insults and anyone wanting a great deal on their new or used car!

Overall great experience! I finally transitioned from my 10 year old mini to a new 2017 Mini and I couldn't be happier. Robert was incredibly patient throughout the process and I never felt any pressure nor did I feel rushed to make a decision. Although I loved my 2005 Mini, I couldn't be more thrilled with all the new features and the smooth and solid ride of my new Mini...every single person I have dealt with at the Stevens Creek dealership was thoughtful and very helpful, particularly Robert Roberts (as well as the CFS Manager, Gifford Chan). Thanks again Robert for having the amazing patience and thoroughness in guiding me throughout the process of getting my new Mini...I love it!

Love my MINI from MINI of Stevens Creek!
After a year of waiting, I went back to the same salesman who took me out on multiple test drives the first time around. Once again, he showed me used and new. This time I left with a barely-used 2015 4 door Cooper S hardtop and I love it!

Terrible Management
I purchased a new mini from Stevens Creek that was shipped to Michigan from California. The dealer shipped a damaged car, failed to provide the requested Bill of Sale, and sent me a Manufacturers Certificate of Origin that was not assigned to me. The management, quality control, and administrative section of this dealer is appallingly bad!

Terrible Management

My Mini Advisor was courteous, a good listener, not an over zealous sales person. He took the time to understand what I like about driving, amenities I couldn't live without and presented me a great car for purchase. No pressure, just a ton of respect.
