2017 Mini Cooper purchase

I recently bought a 2017 Mini Cooper at Mini of Stevens Creek. Started with a couple of helpful and low-key visits to their showroom for Q&A with Ken and test drives with Jeff. Checked out their extensive inventory via their web site. Decided on what features I wanted and closed with a pleasant purchase experience with Mariah. Happy owner of a new Mini!

What the heck!

Received my car back, but it was not completely put back together, discovered upon checking it out when we arrived at our home. I was very disappointed, and what does that say about what they did that i can't see when they left things undone and didn't catch issues during their inspection that needed attention!

Review for Jeffrey Mazzella

My review is based on my experience with Jeffrey Mazzella. I came in wanting to buy a new car. At this time, they were also hosting some sort of event but Jeff still squeezed me in and had me test drive a few cars. He was also very thorough when he explained features of each car and I was never rushed in spite of his busy schedule. Whenever I had a question, he got back to me right away... no matter what time I contacted him. Very soon after, I decided to order a custom clubman. From placing order with manufacturer to delivery of my car, he provided me status updates... even while he was on vacation! This was also my first time buying a new car, and he made it so easy. I can't recommend him enough! Thank you Jeff!

Super happy with my MINI purchase

Just bought my first car, ever (!) from MINI of Stevens Creek. Marco Obillo was my super helpful contact at the dealership. From the first email inquiry I made, Marco and team were on it! I special ordered my Cooper S Clubman and the process was smooth and error-free. Marco kept me informed through every step of the way and did a great job ensuring the car of my dreams was the car I ended up with. He went out of his way to help get my awesome boot stripes custom made and installed by another vendor. If you are considering purchasing a MINI, I would fully recommend that you consider this dealership and ask for Marco!
