MINI of Stevens Creek

Been coming here since the older, closer MINI dealership closed down. A friend who had a MINI told me of the service here, as well as the SA that I've have for a few years. While I've had snobby service at other MINI dealerships, I've never run into that here. I've never felt like I've been given a :line" about my car?even after it got into an accident (T-boned) I got honesty and various scenarios for repair This was consistent with another MINI dealership we had to work with?both were great. Pretty dang happy.

I came in for an oil change. At the end I was not sure if my other liquids and tires had been checked. I forgot to ask. Tires were checked off as ok....I did not get an explanation of what that meant. I should of asked.....But assumed it was done....but the person helping me was already helping someone else when I was told my car was ready.

I've Ialways gone to Trent for advice and recommendations to keep my 2007 CooperS running perfectly. So a Service Engine light means "GOTO TRENT". If minor, the Mini Cooper Shop fixes it while I wait. They trust me to do my own oil changes using original filters and recommended oil and I do it each time we have our tires rotated every 5K-6K miles.

Terrific and expert service staff. Kept me informed at each stage of the diagnostics and let me make the decisions on how to proceed based upon transparent and complete information. Friendly, positive, and professional envirnoment.

My experience at the dealership is always a good one. Very easy to make an appointment. Loaner car is always available if needed. The dealership is aware how busy I am, will get me in and out as quickly as possible.

I always try to get Trent D. To help me when I have to take my car in for service/repairs. He is patient and kind.

Great service, clean shop, friendly staff. Will come back for all service needs and to purchase next vehicle.

I bought my MINI from these folks and no one else has laid a wrench on it. When it is in for service, the job is always done right and the car comes back with a fresh washing. What's not to like?

Shana was excellent. I felt she was knowledgeable and she listened attentively and answered my questions thoroughly. She was on time for my appointment, kept me informed and delivered excellent service. I cannot really judge the Quality of Repairs but everything appears to have been taken care of.
