Brought our Clubman in for standard service and was taken well care of by Shana as she had done many times before. Shana is on top of her game and knows these cars well. The facility is clean and the service very professional. The car was returned on time as promised and came with a complimentary wash. Definitely one of the better car service experiences you'll have. Highly recommended!

shane coufer was service agent and he was nice, friendly, an accommodating. However the issue for which I brought my car for has not been resolved and I do not live really close. Additionally, when I attempted to call device yesterday, they never answered phone and I was told they were too busy, which was disturbing to me. There is a reason it is called the service department, to take care of customer needs. Very frustrated!
