We built a Mini Cooper 4 dr type S from their Web site. The Mini took exactly 8 weeks to arrive and I could track the build from start to finish. The sales person was was very patient and answered and found answers to all questions. By the way the Mini Genius on site is very very very knowledgeable. We met with the Genius two weeks after taking delivery to go over any questions on vehicle the meeting lasted 1 hour 45 minutes. He answered all questions accept one, but with in 24 hours he contacted me with the answer. Nice dealership!

Although I am not ready for a service, yet, I think the service manager, Andrew, is one of the most honorable people I have ever trusted my car too.
