Excellent Service!!! The Best Staff Ever!!!

I went in for service and my experience couldn't be better. Felix Alvarez was my service advisor, he's not only knowledgeable about his job but also very polite, friendly and respectful. He's great in every aspect, definitely an asset to this company. Thanks to Mr. Alvarez I will be back again and again.

Great service, very professional

Robert Roberts helped me buy my dream car, Mini Countryman. He was very thoughtful and fun to work with. He is very knowledgable and patient with all my questions. I had a blast during the process and know that if I ever need anything he will help.

Awesome...

Our experience with Stevens Creek Mini was awesome. The whole process from A to Z was straight forward and smooth. We were initial to meet Mariah, but we were runnin a little late and by the time we got there she was already with another customer, so he handed us off to Jeff M. Jeff was awesome... took care of us. Loving the MCS

fastest deal closures and good people

Mini Cooper 4 dr type S

We built a Mini Cooper 4 dr type S from their Web site. The Mini took exactly 8 weeks to arrive and I could track the build from start to finish. The sales person was was very patient and answered and found answers to all questions. By the way the Mini Genius on site is very very very knowledgeable. We met with the Genius two weeks after taking delivery to go over any questions on vehicle the meeting lasted 1 hour 45 minutes. He answered all questions accept one, but with in 24 hours he contacted me with the answer. Nice dealership!

Nice organized people with attention to details

I just bought my third mini. Love my car and loved working with Jeff M. and Robert. Sales manager Carol, is just the kind of person anyone would want to work with, too. Although I am not ready for a service, yet, I think the service manager, Andrew, is one of the most honorable people I have ever trusted my car too. Luver, in service, always gives me a fair shake and never leaves me hanging.
