Friendly Sales, Great Experience
I went to the store twice and emailed them once inquiring in stock cars. The email response was quick and the sales were very friendly. No pressure and I got test driving very soon. After I bought the car, I was offered very detailed instruction for the car.

Great Communication
Upon looking over some cars during the holidays, we were greeted by one of the salesmen who was just walking into work and wanted to help us right away. Hendry Ng was very inclusive and wanted to get us the best deal we could get on a new 2015 coop. In the event that we couldn't immediately drive the car home, he even went out of his way to offer him driving our car to our house 4 hours away. The process of buying such a large investment was smooth and very detailed. The deal we got and the people who helped us along the way was the best holiday gift we could receive.

Great Stress-free buying experience
Easy, stress-free, no sales pressure buying experience. Different than some other MINI dealerships, this one advertises the MSRP, but discounting is available, comparable to the other dealerships in the Bay Area. You just need to ask. Plus, they have a lot more selection for what I was looking for. Robert helped me, and was very knowledgeable and easy to work with.
