Happy customer

I had a great experience at this dealership with both the sales and finance staff. Mike Arcaris was very professional, did what he promised and was extremely knowledgable about Toyota products and the Highlander I leased. I never felt pressure to make a decision or to choose something I didn't want. I would highly recommend this dealership based on my experience. I have all ready had the opportunity to refer a friend to this dealership and staff.

Wonderful Experience

I want to highly reccommend Bountiful Toyota for providing a great car buying experience. I was doubtful that things would work out for us because of some financial issues that we have had. Instead we were treated with great respect and our expectations were truly exceeded. We were given options that showed us the remarkable creativity of the entire team at Bountiful Toyota. It was a wonderful experience and we absolutely love our 2013 Rav4. Our Thanks to everyone that helped us.

Thanks, we give 2014 Toyota Corolla "5" stars

This was our second time around doing business with Toyota Bountiful. It was to long of a process which should be shortened but the deal was excellent and the many people who helped us were attentive, professional and friendly. Thanks for a super product. We drove our new 2014 Corolla home feeling we had gotten a very good deal with the trade in of our three year old Prius. The 2014 Corolla is very comfortable and powerful not to mention safe. Toyota Bountiful we love you for taking such good care of us in Nov 2013. Thanks again.

I went out of my way to drive to Bountiful for my 5000...

I went out of my way to drive to Bountiful for my 5000 mile service and left without it being done. In fact, I had to call back to find out what part of the service was complete. My truck had a front tow receiver that took me 25 minutes to install from scratch, with a front hitch (pulled off by a simple pin) in it at the time. The Assistant Service Manager was too busy to actually go and see what was on the truck, and just told the tech to tell me it would cost 1 1/2 of service hours -- well over $100 to complete the service because of this "thing." There were two cars in the service bay at the time.. but they were so under staffed that no one was willing to take the time to figure out what was really going on and how to make the service work. Toyota of Bountiful has so many benefits for those waiting for service, beautiful waiting area, an exercise room, food, wifi, etc., but I left and will not make the back again because their service management is too busy to car about what they are doing.

Excellent Service - Caring attitude

After being out of state for a year and ahalf, we returned to Bountiful and needed to purchase another vehicle. Because of the excellent service we received from Jeff Christison two years ago, we returned to the dealership and requested to see him again. We already knew the type of vehicle that would meet our needs. But I also had not owned a SUV before. So we were shopping around at various dealers to become acquainted with that type of vehicle. Jeff immediately took an interest in our questions and concerns. He took the time to show us the difference between the Toyota models available and gave us the opportunity to think through our decision. When we finally made up our mind Jeff was quick to find the vehicle with the features and equipment that we wanted. And the closing process, including the orientation on delivery, was pleasant and helpful. THANKS JEFF.

Pleasantly surprised!

We had such a pleasant experience with Mike Arcaris, internet sales, that we would recommend him to our friends or family. We have had some bad experiences before. He was helpful in finding us our truck,not high pressure at all, and making it fit our budget. Keep up the hard work, Mike!

He had a great experience dealing with all employees at Toyota of Bountiful. He went there to just compare new vs used and drove out with a new truck! The team there did an excellent job from meeting Chad on the lot to the paper work in finance! He has a great truck for a great price! He already recommended Toyota of Bountiful to his sister and she purchased a new Toyota from Toyota of Bountiful also.

My overall experience was excellent! From the moment we...

My overall experience was excellent! From the moment we drove on the lot I felt like I was priority. I was extremely comfortable and did not feel the typical pressure of a car dealership. We were well taken care of all the way through the financing process. I am very happy we chose this dealership and I would absolutely recommend it to any of my friends. Tommy and Wes along with the rest of the staff make a great team! And now my family has the car we want and deserve. Thanks!!!
