Our experience at Toyota Bountiful was really far above average - so much so that I am willing to write a rating - which thing I very seldom do. I took my truck in repairs and found that I had a pretty sizable replacement that had to be made - in the thousands of dollars. The service department has been outstanding. They took me without an appointment - with a smile. They took care of the service needs promptly and gave me the bad news without any pressure - even offering other alternatives. I checked with a salesman and I found a really great one in Jamie Suliafu. I asked a lot of questions - he had accurate and updated answers. Most of the time, he anticipated what I needed and took great care of Kellie and I through the process. Again - no pressure - no hype. I really liked that. The gentleman who runs the parts department there is amazing. He dropped what he was doing - got answers for what we needed - and volunteered to take care of everything personally - not once but twice. I was really impressed!

2013 Highlander Purchase

Jeff Christison is awesome! After having shopped around in Salt Lake and dealing with salesman that didn't listen to me, I was thrilled to speak with someone so willing to listen. He didn't try to 'hard sell" me - in fact just the opposite. The process took 15 minutes over the phone. I went in the next morning to retest drive the vehicle and the deal was done. While waiting for the paperwork to be completed he went over a bunch of stuff with me on the vehicle. He didn't waste anytime of my time which I greatly appreciated. I am taking delivery of the vehicle this week with Jeff being kind enough the deliver the vehicle to me in Park City! That's service the way it should be!

Mike Arcaris, salesman

We were pleased with Mike's presentation and help in selecting the car that fit out needs. His friendliness and guidance in the purchase was excellent. It was mainly because of him that we turned down other dealers and brands of cars to come back to Toyota Bountiful for our purchase of a 2014 Toyota Corolla.

I was extremely disappointed in my experience with Toyota...

I was extremely disappointed in my experience with Toyota Bountiful for several reasons. - First, my sales consultant was highly inexperienced and was not educated about the vehicles he showed to me. He quoted price on one particular vehicle that was off by about $5000. - Second, sales consultant's manager offered me a price and interest rate that he could not deliver. When I returned the next day to accept the offer and purchase the vehicle, he told me first that he had never made that offer, then that he could not honor that offer because it was "unreasonable". - Third, the associates at this dealership spoke to me in condescending tones, even attempting to lecture me about the value of cars and how my "father would tell [me] to accept Toyota's price". I would not recommend this dealership.

My experience was very good. Working with Scott, Jason, and Weston was very smooth and effortless. Scott Argyle gave me many options before I had even scheduled an appointment with him. The pricing was very accurate, therefore easy to make a final decision. Jason Long was very helpful in finalizing everything. Weston Bird made the financing very effortless as well. I did need to bring the truck back for a few more options that I selected. It was finished before the scheduled time. Brian from the service department gave me a call to let me know that it was available early. I was very pleased with my experience and would be happy to refer them any business.

We had a great experience at Bountiful Toyota. They were able to meet our requirements for the vehicle we wanted and they were able to do it well under the price we were hoping to pay (even after discount off MSRP). We would recommend them to anyone looking to buy a vehicle.

Service after the sale totally horrible

I bought year old car with 20,000 miles everything went smooth until I asked about a piece of broken molding and missing trunk key , they totally blew me off ended up going to other dealer for service , replacement and repairs that should have been taken care of in bountiful service after the sale is a massive zero I wont go back

awesome dealership top notch

Buying was awesome easy and no hassle the car salesman Keyston was awesome made the process was great. The car was well detailed only problem was the internet ad list if options for thr car were wrong .
